Seconded^^
I don't regret the 50€ I spent on that whipped cream dispenser...
Just attach and fill a balloon. You also avoid any risk of frostbite, unlike with a badly used cracker.
Nope. There is a proven risk of neurological damage associated with daily use of Nitrous.
I don't know why you'd want to take it daily anyway. Nitrous is kinda dumb to use on its own, it's only interesting in combo with a psychedelic...
Nitrous depletes vitamin B12. The consequences are complicated to understand because multiple cellular processes can become unbalanced directly and indirectly. Everyone should research this if doing nitrous recreationally rather than just take anything I say here as fact. What I understand about it, you can supplement with folate (folic acid) to avoid blood cell malformation. Your body needs to regenerate a chemical which binds to B12 to make it active in the body. If there is too much of this other chemical, then it can imbalance other cycles leading to nerve damage. Symptoms include a deadening of sensation in the skin, tingling in the extremities, irritability, depression, poor memory (recall) and a shocking sensation when tipping the head down (chin to chest).
The damage is reversible if caught early. Stop using nitrous and take daily B12 for a few weeks until the symptoms go away.
It seems better to do a bunch of nitrous every few months or longer apart than to do a little every day.

As for effect, my personal experience is that there are at least two different ways to "enjoy" it by itself. One is just as a social lubricant and for the giggles and wah wahs. The other is to follow the delicate mental effects from sober to high. Try a very low-light, comfortable setting with good music that is not too distracting. Relax your gaze or close eyes and try to "tune in" to your perceptions while sober and then follow the changes while taking hits. Sort of a meditation. For me the effects can be stunningly visual (albeit faint). Comparing notes with others, it can be completely non-visual, but some parallels of experience affecting the other senses or mental thinking.
I get a lot of imagery that seem to represent opposing elements, concepts, etc. Add a little pot and the effect is much more pronounced with a 1/10 of the nitrous use.
If this sounds familiar to anyone, please PM me. I would love to share thoughts on the experiences.
