It's was our three year anniversary on Friday, so we stayed in for a nice dinner! I cooked:
Basil Pesto Asparagus
Roasted seasoned potatoes
Crab-topped, roasted garlic-encrusted, pan seared fillet.
Then we had a few drinks, a little ganj, and retired to the bedroom for the remainder of the evening. It was magnificent, and I'm hoping to have many more years before she tires of me!!!
