I have never had a vagina loose enough to be an issue any time except right at first with a lady.... like when we first start having sex together.
If I couldn't come then, it could also have been from me spanking the monkey too much between women. That's a well known issue. A guy masturbates too much for a while and a pussy isn't enough at first.

I have been with women whose vaginas were too big for me and women whose vaginas were too small, women with strange angles, too short, too long… and I am sure they have all found the perfect match for them (at some point)! One thing is sure: when the size didn’t match, I didn’t pull out my phone and look at porno. That is one of the least sexy and most disrespectful things you can do in bed!

I've unfortunately had to have the closest analogue a man can have to that kind of exam and I can assure you I would not consider it par for the course if the gastroenterologist made a comment about tightness!

It was in relation to giving birth :) The general size of it. Was a while ago but I think once at a check-up and then during the birth itself. When you're in labour doctors just walk in and help themself lol.. You know what I mean.

Honestly, I cannot say the same, I've had sex with a mother of 3 (big sized woman, that's a thing to include) and she was... not the tightest..
I also had sex with a woman that had no children but was neither the tightest. Unlike the other, she was very small sized but with big hips, I think the hips wide is the crucial point.
