HR for me incorporates protection from LE even if it is unlikely, which means there is no way I could ever tell any one to order from SR, no matter how careful you are. A lot of small end buyers may still have sizeable "collections" making a few wild raids here and there a good way to get numbers up. A controlled drop could easily be pulled off by 2 cops as well.

I think the reason it hasn't happened yet is because the police do these kinda things all at once to maximize their gains. It will happen eventually and a lot of innocent people will get in trouble for it unfortunately.
 
If LE are focused on the silk road then it shows just how fucked up our world is. The proliferation of utterly disgusting and seriously illegal pornography and forums that are available on there is what they should be targeting, that would be HR in it's truest form!

You don't even need to click on links but just browse tordir for example and see the amount of urls and their descriptions and that is enough to make you sick, whats available beyond those pages, the mind boggles!
 
Jake you're forgetting that whilst that's possible the money that needs to be spent to pull it off makes it pointless - those two cops pays just to do that would far outweigh the gram of shit they'd probably get from doing a controlled delivery on that anyway. Hence why people don't often receive love letters anymore. Customs are likely just destroying most the contraband because there is just too much going to different places to make any of this financially viable.

Depends on where you are, over .5g here of MDMA is a traffic-able quantity. If you look at it that way they could easily charge you with importing a controlled substance for trafficking :(

I hate to tell u peter, in adelaide its .5g including fillers. A link to source will follow when im home. 2 pills can be called trafficing in adelaide. (average pill weighs 250/300mgs)

In fact, it makes no mention of how communications were being made; for all we know he was advertising on craigslist. the people in question were fairly respected internet dealers who were at it for a long time before they got brought down, no not craigslist but SR and other sites, you know the "inferior" sites you talk of, the ones not plastered all over the media.

I will say it again - Any successful LE investigation into SR would spread like wildfire, and everyone would be talking about it on the SR forums like the apocalypse is happening. And also again, IT IS THE SELLERS ON SR WHO ARE ASSUMING 99% OF ALL LEGAL RISK.

Ask yourself: do you really think the feddies want to arrest street-level buyers when they can just as easily go after major distributors? Even if LE ever does crack SR, they would have access to records of both buyers AND sellers. Are they going to waste valuable time and resources going after the 42-yr old Yoga instructor that buys a couple of tabs of E every once in a while? I think not. Consider me brazen, whatever, but people who are so freaking paranoid of the Fed gov't are pussies as far as I'm concerned. If you are smart, then do your research, stay wise, be discreet, and stand the fuck up for your own God-given rights to privacy, freedom, and doing what you want with your own body.

and I actually couldn't care much less if you use it or not, but I get tired of seeing people post shit that are generalizations that are just simply not true, eg "LE DO infiltrate these sites and bust people." SR is strictly a one-off; there is no 'these' about it. If you're going to make a statement like that, show me when & where it happened.

I hope that link is valid and still correct. It's all i could find when i searched for NSW. I'm certainly no legal head or expert, so anyone correct me if there is something more valid or correct than that page.
 
Yeah its 2g for traffing but still .5g could be classed as for sale/not a personal dose. Ill try find the other link on bluelight explaining the ammounts in every state when i get time.
