You should search the term 'environment tolerance' on here. It basically says that people are more likely to OD in unfamiliar territory even when using the same dose and all other variables are the same.



Damn man that's straight poison when 1 is enough to put you down. I'm sure a lot of people weren't as lucky. I would think that the majority of users would fall out from something that strong since most people start out with at least one. I know my test is usually one and a half bags but I'm getting it from someone that does them so he's tested it out already.

wow ive never heard of that before, thanks for the info. they told me at the hospital that there was fent in my system and asked how much i had done. also im pretty sure ive had bags with xylazine in them before. cuz they made me just feel weird and had a weird ketamine like feel to them. when i was in jail with some guys from PR they would tell me about it and how they would get it up here and cut their dope with it.

If there's one thing I learned over the years is that if you're dealing with someone new or unknown bags, it's ALWAYS DO A TEST SHOT!!! I know it's better to do them all at once for maximum rush but this is your life you're taking into your hands if the shit is strong or cut w/fent...Yeah the BMs have been round a bit and one of the first times trying it I actually felt it...oooooo weeeee it was goooooooood!! You won't do any better here. I live in Springfield and cop in and near Holyoke and everyone around here uses or knows someone who does. It's easier to get dope than it is to get weed. It's so hard to try to get clean because there isn't anyone that doesn't use something. Hampden County is mostly stamp bags but some dudes sell weight. Central Mass like Worcester and eastern MA (Boston area, Cape Cod and the islands, etc.) all sell only weight.

I had just been there for the first time last week and then the dudes get busted. I normally go to Holyoke but one of my friends was driving so she brought me to see her dude in Forest Park and he actually had decent shit (I was surprised because normally Holyoke has better shit than Springfield.) I was going to start going to see him if Holyoke was too hot (as it gets certain days/nights in the summer when cops are everywhere) and then dude gets busted. Really sucks cause he was always around and easy to meet.

Environmental tolerance is some real shit. Like at my house and work I can get stupid high and still function but send me to a NA meeting on a bunch of dope and weed and ill nod face. That shits pretty nuts tho.

Maybe that's what happened to me when I thought it was just some creeper dope. I did it and wasn't that high, then went out an hour later and was nodding. This was over an hour after doing it and not feeling it that much, so it would make since that it was the environment.

What's your situation with benzos? Clinics have a bigger problem with you testing positive for benzos than they do for other opiates, so if you are going to get take-homes after the normal amount of time you will have to keep that in check. Benzos take a long time to get out of your system so you really can't take them at all if you want to be in the clear with all your tests.

I take a few times a month but havent had a problem in a while (back when I was scripted). havent taken a benzo in probably a few weeks, and dont plan on taking in the near future, so let's hope all stays clear. how about weed, tho? I smoke daily. I dont think I am ready to give up smoking; its one more thing I enjoy too much.

According to the federal government they do not have to test for weed but it is up to the clinic. The one I go to no weed but another poster here says their clinic don't test for weed. You will have to ask your specific clinic. And if you have a script for benzos they will try and talk you out of taking them.

no more benzo script; kinda gave up on that. once in a while I was taking benzo late but would only buy a handful of .5's and take them to sleep. had an OK run w/ benzo and dope back about a year or two ago when I would take 1MG multiple times throughout the day along w/ the dope. never any crazy dosage but had a seizure which the Dr. thinks may have cam from the benzo withdrawals.

My clinic never threw me off and I tested positive for chronic every time. I was never eligible to get take homes, but they told me I'd never get tossed for pissing green either. Two things the clinics in mass have pretty much a zero tolerance policy on....Coke and Benzos.

At least at the old HMI (which was bought by the Romney led investment group Bain Capital) you could shoot dope non-stop and they would just increase your dose...but a dirty coke swab was grounds for rapid discharge (5mgs a day until done). Benzos they forced a 13 week "information" course on the dangers of opiates and benzos, a second dirty benzo swab was rapid discharge.
