My use has been a few hits per day with an unplanned two week break in 2014.
For about the past year I've been cleaning out my pantry, gradually cutting down on usage.
Several months ago started keeping a log of amounts used. It was quite adequate to smoke 0.10 to 0.15g per day of med grade and get all toasty.
More recently have pulled out my old emergency stashes. Some outdoor buds, some green fluffy stuff in a vacuum seal, and about 1/4 oz of commercial hash from Hong Kong. It has been many years since I have tasted real hash resin, but unfortunately this dark slab is somewhat adulterated with unknown stuff. My quality of sleep has improved since starting the hash.
In terms of THC, my brain has absorbed so much over 40+ years that it takes very little to satisfy me today. But in my younger days I could smoke out the dankest stoners.
Just want to wait a while longer to resume my normal 3-strain daily rotation of med grade, and in the meantime my toking the back benchers is a way to make the most of my stashes.
