So i managed to get some things done but ended up snorting more ethylphenidate, some clonazepam as well... long story short i spent 2h talking shit to people on facebook chat.

Anyway, no more EPH...just drank some codeine. Smoking a cig right now, about to eat some diner and smoke the bowl of weed I've been saving for the comedown.

Getting a M'Done script for pain management is the hardest opiate to get IMO.
A lot harder than Oxymorphone, Fentanyl, Oxycodone, Morphine, etc.

Doctors HATE scripting Methadone to pain patients.
Idk why, but they do.

Tolerance has to play a part of it I'm pretty sure of that.

It took me over 7 years, 5+ surgeries, being on Oxycodone for 7+ years, getting on Oxymorphone for a couple months, THEN my doctor talks to me about Methadone after I told him Oxymorphone isn't working well for me, a higher dose of Oxycodone works better. The Oral BA of Oxymorphone is very low, but in IV form, it's up there right behind the Fentanyl class of opioids in terms of strength.

But doctors RARELY Rx opiate adjuncts in form of IV to pain patients unless they have a stomach problem where it has a problem with the opiate being prescribed to the patient.

In terms of Methadone battling the other opiate not working as good is untrue for me,
My Oxy dose works better and feels stronger on top of my 30mg of Methadone dose.

If you really want Methadone,
thr easiest way is to go to a certified clinic (MMT)...
But I don't recommend it if you don't need it. Methadone is extremely potent and it's mostly used for the replacement of Heroin, Severe pain, cancer pain, etc.

It was my birthday yesterday

I had a party, dj and everything, it was so great. Got super drunk and did coke all night, spun fire poi which was a treat, haven't spun fire in over a year. Also DJ'd a little bit of techno. OH and I saw the violent femmes!! for a bunch of old dudes playing bluegrass and acoustic punk, they're super high energy. Great day!

ATM im on poppy seeds and a bit of danky dank. Gonna have a drink of some kind in a minute. Think I'm gonna drink that 7% kombucha (boochcraft makes em, the one i have has ginger lime and rosehips, so good! gets you super drunk too.
 
Sober no more... Crushed Adderall XR's and ate powder, got on here, and all the sudden 2 hours have passed by in a flash... Too bad I gotta work tomorrow
 
The usual meds (200mg R-Modafinil, 900mg Gabapentin, 1mg Clonazepam)

Plus 10mg Adderall IR (snorted), two cups of coffee, one mocha frappuccino, 20mg Noopept, an unknown amount of Phenylpiracetam and Oxypiracetam (got a few noot stacks from a buddy, not sure of the amount in mg though), some Huperzine-A, fish oil, 600mg L-Theanine, 7.5mg Olanazapine (Zyprexa), lots of e-cig and one cigarette, about to smoke a bowl and drink some kava tea. No alcohols tonight.

Zyprexa is an interesting drug. It's marketed as an atypical antipsychotic but it's technically a theniobenzodiazepine. It's not very recreational, but it definitely takes the edge off of anxiety and makes it a lot easier to sleep. My anxiety is mostly kept under control thanks to Gabapentin and Clonazepam, but during finals week, Zyprexa has really prevented me from going absolutely insane from all the stress. It also helps take the edge off of stimulant comedowns. Pretty decent med IMO (not scripted, got it from a buddy).

I remember back when I still used dextroamphetamines semi-regularly, I crushed up all the beads in some 30 mg XR capsules into a very fine powder (I actually took quite a bit of time crushing down each little individual bead, it was quite tedious) and snorted them. I had an eye exam later on that day and the optometrist blamed some of my vision problems (namely slight double vision vision on occasion) on the fact that my pupils were "unusually large", LOL
 
I don't snort it.. After crushed I eat powder... It really doesn't taste half bad... High/euphoria is over faster, from my observations... But I eat the powder!!

Thx for info. Idk how my doctor feels about methadone. He knows I am addicted to my scripts, and is still fairly easygoing with them. I doubt he wouldn't prescribe methadone but all we have for pain management is methadone 5mg tablets, idk how to get higher doses but I know 5mg or even 50mg would never ever cut it, not even close. Does the pharmacy prepare higher dose capsules when needed? Can regular physicians prescribe it or just specialists? Idk.

Maybe I should ask my doc about it sometime. I haven't yet because I don't want him to cut me off and refer me to someone else or anything like that. Anyway, for now, I can finally go fill an oc80 script this evening. Which I'm looking forward to because I ran out of H. It does seem like the 5days on low dose sub caused at least some drop in my tolerance, which is good. Now I should be able to make do with 2 oc80s a day. Which is still a pretty decent dose I guess, but a significant drop for me.

im about to fetch my own oc script. 40s tho. how u ended up getting rxd more than me i dont know.

and im tell myself ill get by with 3 a day. but not a day passes where i take less than 6-8 or a lot more.

i fkin love opiates man. oxy spefically.

u seemed to be doing okay on weaker opiates for a while tho ptc.

ot: 120 mgs oxycontin chewitised !

is about to kick in. these days i cant chew oxy without a carbonated drink , has become a habit
