Lol well I often do various drugs in my car especially heroin sometimes with like 4 people at a time so I'm not too surprised.. I also found a some hashish yesterday so yeah
 
Just picked up that oc script. Swallowed one whole without water because it's an hour long busride home and, well ya know, junkies gonna fiend. Gonna prep and shoot another one when I get home. In like 30min. That should be plenty when combined with the oral dose I took earlier. I hope.

It does seem like the 5days on low dose sub caused at least some drop in my tolerance, which is good. Now I should be able to make do with 2 oc80s a day. Which is still a pretty decent dose I guess, but a significant drop for me.

Pharmacy's are only allowed to carry 5mg and 10mg Methadone tablets.
The 40mg wafers were banned around the same time the FDA/DEA forced the Oxycontin to be re formulated back in late 2009.

Only licensed MMT clinics are allowed to carry the 40mg Methadone wafers.

Does what you said apply to the whole world? I actually know a guy who goes to a (I think he runs a 1-man practice) shrink for his weekly take home methadone. I know this psychiatrist is a specialist in (opiate-)addiction, but I don't think he works at an actual MMT-'clinic'.

I'm inclined to think there are easier or more convenient ways to get on methadone maintenance therapy here in Belgium without, say, having to go to the clinic every friggin day. Once a week is really the most I'm willing to do and I also think it's possible to get that from the start here in Belgium. If I'd have to go to an MMT clinic I'd spend about 2,5-3 hours (round trip) on busses every day. That's too much, I'm simply not willing to do that.

When I'm a bit more flush with cash (broke AF atm!! :( ) I think I might go see that shrink the acquaintance I mentioned earlier goes to. It'd be nice to just always have methadone around. It offers far more relief than sub does for me and the size of my habit.

OT: fuck, shot 2 oxies within the same hour. I said I was only gonna do one. So it begins again. Lol. Nah I'm really, really gonna try to make this last. I have to cuz, yes, I'm broke Af and it's only the 9th... :\ this month is gonna suck héhé.

Im not sure how policies on drugs are in different countries other than the United States.

OxyContin 160mg
Methadone 40mg

Are both banned in local pharmacies.. I believe it was due to many people over dosing accidentally.

OxyContin 160mg are available in Hospital settings. For the use of Severe cancer pain.

Methadone 40mg are available in hospital settings, and licensed MMT clinics. For the use of severe pain and or cancer pain.
Also used in MMT clinics to people who have a disease of substance abuse to opiates, and can't challenge the devastating withdrawal opiate brings.. It's mostly used for Heroin addicts.. Sometimes for Rx opiates, e.g Oxycodone, Morphine, Dilaudid.

I wish I had more downers. I have some Phenibut but I try to not take that more than once per week. I'm getting some Clonazolam and U4 soon, so I'm excited about that. Might buy some K soon, might get some H too. Also, I'm gonna dose some 3-MeO-PCP tomorrow, so I'm fucking stoked about that :D I can't indulge tonight though, gotta study (yet here I am on Bluelight, lol @ my life decisions)

Crazy weekend concludes with:
Trip to island near bc Canada on one of the best days of the year
Almost getting smacked on the freeway and then jumping off the overpass into a homeless camp, also quit my weekend job that night
Spent most of Saturday she'll shocked
Then yesterday went on a pretty sweet road trip
Finally today under incredible time stress with western union, I was able to replace my blown up 21 year old car (see above) with a 25 year old one.

I am so sick of this shit lol. Sunday was nice but Saturday ruined the mood and I still don't know what the fuck just happen

So I'm drinking and smoking and go back to work tomorrow a very different man.
 
So many chillums of gorilla glue with small amounts of organic american spirit added in. im enjoying this way of smoking a lot, its got a similar feel to a chalice in that it hits your lungs in a certain way that feels harsher but smooth and you dont really cough at all from it.

drunkie: to answer your earlier question yeah I've been on lowish dose of 5-10mg a day for 2.5 years. I'm taking 5mg of diazepam today split between two doses. When I have a heavier drinking day I lay off the benzo.
 
Trick question?

Booze and spliffs with caffeine and Valium in my system. Five drugs all night every possible night at the least.
