I walked for like 7.2 miles today for absolutely no fucking reason.

First weight lifting session in 14 months. Feels good to be back to the gym.

Full bod workout after 4 hour overtime work! Back again tomorrow!!

Walk with my dog. For him it's like winning a lottery, he's So happy! :)

Started new job.

Squats, barbell row, lat pull down, bench press, overhead press, sumo dead lifts, dumbbell curls, lateral side raises. -full body work out as weather keeps messing up my schedule - followed by 15 minute cardio. Didn't need much cardio as pulse was at 150 after weight training session.

Feeling good but spent!

You must have a body out this world gurl lol

I get about 1.5 miles of walking in everyday just going to classes at college. Been in and out of opiate w/d lately so some of the stuff you guys are saying is completely out the question. Thank God for internal combustion engines and wheels lol. But I'm in the process of making a lifestyle change

I worked eleven hours slaving away in a kitchen, you know the usual. I need a new career but feel trapped!

2.5 mg of Methadone + 6 mg Bromazepam. :/
Worked totally non-stop for almost 6 hours, quickest sandwich then + 2 more hours.

Will do some overtime later on..

My "therapy" is to keep myself busy all the time.
First day I actually believed I can make it :)

Officially 7 days no H/suboxone, but at the dose of sub I ate, (0.5mg) that barely counts as a dose, Its crazy, the human body has 7 liters of blood (someone correct me if im wrong) but 0.5mg dissolved in 7 liters of blood is quite miniscule, and yet I still have WD's and PAWS, manageable, but I have em.

Anyway! 7 days no opiate, day 3 no cigs,

30 minutes = 6 miles on the elliptical (at every 5 minute interval, increase resistance by '1')
100 mg 5-htp, 500 mg Mg, a B12 complex, an fizzy Emergen-C packet.
A hearty Breakfast! (4 pieces swirl bread, 2 eggs, cup of coffee, whole grain granola (lots of nuts), whole milk,

All this since 5 am. I feel better everyday.

If anyone needs motivation to get up off their butt today...

LOOK IN THE MIRROR FAT-SO.

I raced a 10K trail race in 10 inch snow and ice in parts.
At 1:07 I still placed 3rd female overall which is a complete fucking surprise.
I have run that course twice before but never in snow
I walked at least 2 miles up hills. The footing was not worth the energy of maintaining momentum

I should add I got home last night at 11:10p from Punta Cana to race at 9a ;)

headbanging a lot
pretending to be the vocalist of W.A.S.P. and seducing a crowd of ladies with my sexy moves
kung fu stretches warmups and forms
more headbanging

Squats, lunges, dumbbell curls, one-arm rowing, triceps dips, situps, pushups, about 40min workout in all, feeling pretty good today.
I can't wait for the snow to finally melt so I can get on my bike.
