and if youre going to do a comparison at all, you should be comparing the amount of unclaimed cash as a percentage of number of people not claiming job seekers or whatever, when theyre entitled to
this is a cultural thing, and also because of the shere effort it takes to make claims. I cant be fucked claiming what I'm entitled to atm, due to a number of complex fuck ups. I cant imagine that when in 70 I'd be even capable of sorting out complex stuff. it's just to much mental torture tbh
