Anyone gone to EDCLV? Opinions?

I have couple extra grand to blow and i absolutly love raving, ive always wanted to experience a a huge festival (edc is my best option given my location and cost's) and im just wondering if it lives up to the hype? I can either go experience EDCLV or continue going to monthy raves/ decent size festivals in my area, i do luckily live in a city that puts on good shows imo (seattle).. Thanks in advanced! :)
 
I've never gone but the fact that they got Angerfist last year speaks volumes. Andy C...Digweed...Simon Patterson...Astrix they definitely offer some top acts. I'd go if I had the money...
 
A few years ago angerfist wasnt a big deal
i saw him in baltimore for 15 bucks. He played his own music.
 
Well, that they bring in a hardcore act, and a decent one. There's pretty much something for everyone.
 
I've only missed one EDCLV & it was the first one. I'll definitely be there this year. EDC holds a real special spot in my heart. I absolutely love it. It's a magical 3 nights. And Vegas is always crazy as fuck.

I really wish festivals would bring more hardcore but at the same time, I'm afraid of it getting too popular and don't want that to happen either ;p

so it looks like this year serenity teamed up with psytribe U.S.A. & green sector to bring a psytrance stage to the festie *.*
normally i did not care about this particular gathering but now i am definitely going; some super psy artists are gunna be there. they are claiming it will be the biggest psy gathering socal has seen and it seems like they are doing it right :)

5 stages; all together but i doubt i will leave the psy stage much ;)

psycircle has brought out psykovsky before but i missed it; caught kindzadza in the mojave though ;)
also though this event is 4 days and they still have another psy lineup phase to release ;)
would not be surprised if they add more night/dark/ hi tech
