also, i think anyone that can't read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions (see post #1) should be disqualified from participating.

and banned.

and their house burnt down.

Tub of crap is gone as of yesterday. Removed it when I did the merge on Atlas's accounts.

I agree with felix, though I'd also add something about salting their land to ensure nothing ever grows there again, and possibly drawing and quartering. Lamentations of their women, certainly.

How dare you. It wasn't cartoon porn FYI people. Just so you know.

Note, the custom title for ex-staff is not going to be something you can just choose for yourself. A title will be chosen and given to anyone who wants it. Just wanted to to clear up the confusion as this is not so everyone can have their very own unique title.

^ what i said ;)

^^You're repeating yourself again :\ May wish to see a doctor about that.

And as was mentioned before - simply being ex-staff does not garuantee you a title. First you'd have to ask, second the admins would have to agree - this is isn't wide open to any and every ex-staff as we've had some earn bans for themselves or turn around and crap on the site enough to outdo any good they tried to do beforehand. :|

^Oh hush! Love life and worship shhhivvvvvvvaaaa

:):):):):):)

any more suggestions?

Bluelight Crew seems to be a favourite, but I still haven't seen any way of mitigating the confusion it might bring.

Former BL Crew?

i see how it would create some confusion but the current staff all have titles such as "moderator" "senior moderator" or "administrator." my vote for Bluelight Crew stands confusion be damned ;)

The Weak, Tired & Hungry Et Al.

Although I
have no
title,
I reckon
Felix
is on the money
with
'Former BL Crew"
or
somethin'... along those lines..
Y'all maybe loaded with questions,
you who is 'retired' ect.
otherwise.

An' as there have been many people whom have
'tributed,
you might find PM's overflowin'
after a visit 3 month
down the line...

PEACE

Bluelight Crew. I don't see how this could be confusing? When I first joined it was the title for ex staff. I didn't know this but I looked it up and then found out!
Moderator and Admin titles are self explanatory but why would anyone PM a member of BL crew when there are mods and admins available with more obvious association with a forum system.

^We have to cater to some of our more mentally challenged users and staff. Felix wouldn't even be a mod if we hadn't had to pull him off aluminum can sorting duty after we replaced him with a robot.

what the... so i can stop sorting these cans now???

never got that memo. :X

i have a theory that it's the oldskoolers that like the Bluelight Crew idea the best, cos they already know what it means. but if you spend more than 10 minutes answering questions in support, you'll realise that would be another VFAQ. :|

+1

I would like to be a member of the "Bluelight Crew" at such time as I ever step down. Too many people would have to look up what "Mod Emeritus" meant. ;) I joined just a month before Medi, and I think his point is well made.

I think I'd like it to be Professor in Residence. But not for any but me.
