I've searched some more, and searching for "bk 2CB" instead of "bk 2C-B" gave better results =D

All these experiences sound so wonderful. 2C-B sounds like it would be my favorite drug, but it's so notoriously difficult to find around here :(
 
MGS- I'm with you on the sometimes *unexpected* depth of 2C-B. For such a relatively "predictable" drug, it sometimes astonishes me with its variability. And, as in yr experience, it oft is totally dose-independent for me as well. I think this, (as well as its crazy steep dose response curve) lends to its reputation as being hard to dose at times. I've always been crazy defensive about 2C-B, due to its being "dismissed" often in the psychedelic community as shallow and simple. I spent several years attempting to be a johnny appleseed with it, heheh. When I've been blessed with an unexpected trip it is often rewarding and challenging in a way that is completely unique to 2C-B. I would say it is still my fav 2C-X and as far as workhorse and/or "recreational" phenethylamines it consistently ranks near the top. I understand why sasha consistently says it is the invention he is most proud of. Happy trails. and *tracers* too..=D

I have been one of those folks who tend to dismiss 2C-B. I can't say I am about to cross the aisle. It is not that I do not wish to give credit where credit is due. On one hand, it felt so fucking good that had I been with my girl (was with friends on this trip), it would have been another sexual marathon with (I predict) strong feelings of empathy and closeness.

I'll give it that, but on the other hand, the experience had none of the emotional insight of 2C-T-7, psychedelic depth of 2C-E, or spiritual/mystical overtones of LSD/mushrooms...so I'm still in the camp that doesn't view 2C-B as being in the same league as LSD, 2C-E, mushrooms, etc. But it definitely has it's worthiness. It feels fucking fantastic, makes the world a beautiful play of colors and textures, and everybody is back home in 6 hours. So two thumbs up (still) and I look forward to the next try.
 
Has anyone in England come across blue mickey mouse 2c-b lately? Any speculation on the dose? Perhaps this would be better suited to EADD.
 
Will 12mg snorted and 3mg taken orally be equivlent to ~25mg?

Also should the 3mg be taken at the same time as the 12mg? Will the 3 mg even be active?
 
Experimented with 15mg rectally last weekend. It was nice, but not as spectacular as I imagined 2C-B being. Guess it's been romanticized a bit (IMHO).

Might not write a TR--wasn't a particularly memorable experience.
 
maybe you just need a higher dose.

some people seem real sensitive to it (ie Shambles) while others need higher doses.

My prefered dose for a full on +++ is 40mg orally. For a nice mellow roll type high id take 20mg.

Well me and the missus had our first 2c-b experience over the weekend.

We decided to start off big becuase we rarely trip so starting small and working our way up would take months. Chem obtained from a highly regarded manufaturer and supplier so i'm almost certain of purity

I had 50mg, she had 30mg, both oral. I have an unusually high tolerance to everything so i figured those doses would put us both in about the same place.

Basically from everything I've read about it, our experience was totally unexpected. Quite a lot of nausea and bodyload for the first hour to hour and a half, we were basically couch-bound and groaning for this whole time. After that wore off (finally), the high was pretty disappointing, I had almost no visuals (but i rarely ever get OEV's unfortunately). The missus had some pretty heavy visuals but she always gets strong visuals.

Thought processes were fairly normal, there was soem feeling of 'tripping' but not really much at all. I know 2c-b is a mild drug but at those dosages I was expecting a bit more. By 2.5 hours (a mere hour after the nausea and bodyload had worn off for both of us) all visuals and almost all effects had worn off both of us, to a steady decline to back to base at about 4 hours.

Overall a _very_ disappointing experience. I had heard so much about 2c-b and had really been looking forward to it, and it did not live up at all. Next time will be a much lower dose in a more social setting, hopefully with something else nice to mix with, I think that will definitely be more favourable. I was very surprised with how short the whole thing was, considering i took 50mg!

Anyway... maybe it's just me. My brain does seem to have quite a resistance and reluctance to psychedelic drugs, while at the same time having a weak stomach so it's like my body is conspiring against me to not trip :( sux!
 
Is it normal to be sick on this?
I only ask because ive got another bit, a few months back i did 2c-b for the first time, we had been on MDPV from around 1pm and took this at 4am.

Did around 20mg, was told don't rub/touch your nose because its gonna hurt like a bitch, but it didn't, no pain at all, so we think that the MDPV canceled out the pain.

About 20 mins later was sick didn't feel bad, actually kinda nice.


Do you think it was the MDPV that made us sick or is this normal?
And does it really hurt that much?
 
Has stomach trouble on the come of of 2CB about 1 in 5 times and I think its pretty common for some to even throw up. I never have but my stomach has been quite uncomfortable sometimes. Its worth the discomfort for this wonderful substance.

Yeah, it hurts like SHIT. It's only a little sting at first, and then over about 5 minutes it builds to a feeling like someone is literally drilling into your nasal cavity. This goes on for 15-20 minutes. It really is very bad.
 
Tried an intranasal dose once but it stings like fuck for half an hour or so messing with your enjoyment of the come up. Oral doses ever since. =D
 
Honestly, if you like the quick onset on nasal ingestion, you should consider rectal administration because it's similar but much cleaner... I find rectal admin to produce very little bodyload compared to oral and especially compared to nasal doses. But it's about half the dosage of an oral dose and it starts to come up within 5 minutes and develops much more quickly. No pain... occasionally a bit of a feeling like you have to take a crap but it'll pass. Usually just nothing.

You can just put your dose in an empty gel cap and put it in there, provided you have recently evacuated whatever might have been in there.

Most definitely.

I often will get a little gassy on the come up, and have a bit of stomach discomfort.

A feeling as if you have a gas bubble in the middle of your stomach. Like a literal bubble.

It passes, but it can be rather uncomfortable, IMO.

Strangely I found that splitting the dose worked really well to avoid the nausea - say 15mg then wait
an hour then another 15mg. Or whatever your intended dose would be. Also tried this at 15mg then 25mg.

Seemed to work better bodyload-wise than a single dose but I guess I would be losing some of the strength of the experience by splittng it.
 
How much did you lose in terms of strength of the experience from splitting the dose?
Sounds fair in terms of bodyload control, as with 10-15mg I get absolutely no load, but with 20mg or higher I get the aformentioned "gas bubble".

I'm not sure, I can only say that it got me where i wanted to go without anything to speak of in terms of bodyload but it probably required more material. Its quite a while since I had a single dose, maybe a couple of years ago.
 
I'd been wanting to try 2C-B for some time now and got the chance this weekend. Heard this guy had some and asked him about them and he was kind enough to give me one for free.

I forgot to ask him the dosage but it was perfect, very melty and shimmery closed eye visuals. I forgot where I was a few times.

I think I would take it again if I ever come across it, but if it turns out it was my only taste that's fine. A very positive experience overall.
