If all of this is really happening, then it's not surprising if airplanes are equipped with those devices as well. Someone suddenly getting out of reach of this "targeting" can start behaving aggressively, and a flying airplane is one of the most dangerous places for this to happen.

Yea definitely. Instead of concluding that the range and complexity of reaching the target makes the idea impossible just assume its even more complex and involve more parties that would know about it but need to keep quiet. Yea man its on planes too 😐😑😐
 
Unfortunately the government knows more about some people than you could care to think. They have devices that can basically hack into your brain to see what your thinking about in your sleep. The device picks up your thermal image through the wall from a distance outside. It's then aimed at you head to figure out your thoughts. Its range is about 500 yards. So, if it's more than that it can't pick up what your thoughts are. This same device can be used to make some people sick.
 
If you want to know about HAARP that's another story. It's basically a large device that can be used to control the weather. Not too many people know about this, but that's what it can do. It plays no role in mind control.

i’m not certain it’s the CIA but it’s certainly based off CIA tactics. It’s horribly ineffective like a CIA project. It’s likely farmed out to a “private security” type outfit.

It’s not psychosis for most people that report this. Noise canceling ear gear works to block it at over 90%. I certainly get what you’re saying and some people who experience and report this are mentally ill. The program is designed to mimic known illness to discredit victims reports. It’s also specifically designed to cause illogical thoughts and beliefs in victims, also to discredit accounts. They also get on social media and pose as victims reporting what’s really going down combined with undeniable delusion to discredit reports.

Shits utter filth and it or worse is likely coming everyone’s way. We all marveled at the amazing leap forward in technology but most of us didn’t consider what technology has been traditionally used for in the past.. power and oppression. Shits a nightmare a real one.

and i think that argument needs to stop. that evidence and proof shit goes kinda askew when it comes to something truly out of character and questionable because not everything can be proven despite it being the truth. a device of some sort did this, there is no question if you lived it.
i grew up in fl for 31 years. during the time we had 4 random hurricanes consecutively hit us in FL in a 6 week period when i was growing up.

hurricane charlie the first one was like a battering ram. massive damage, roof gone, tree tilted towards my bros room.
hurricane frances was threatening as we had already taken house damage and it was right behind charlie in strength. charlie was category 4 this was a 2, but my dad was firefighter so he had direct info access to the outside via his radio and toward midnight spawned tornadoes.
hurricane ivan was starting to scare us as we had basically no time to repair things inbetween these surging hurricanes, one after another.
hurricane jeanne was starting to make us question reality and if we were going to die, because we did not understand why 4 hurricanes smashed us in 6 weeks and did not know if our own house could hold another.

and then there's hurricane katrina, a year later, the final boss. category 5 massacre. we all prepped for the worst and it just went north instead of boomeranging back to FL as meterologists predicted.

we got nuclear bombs bro and weather is just stupid fuckin air clouds moisture etc in the sky, i don't see it so improbable they learn to manipulate a hurricane into formation, because we were all beginning to believe it when jeanne hit.

Thinking that HAARP is involved with controlling weather is absolutely asinine, there is literally zero reason to believe that and it requires one to make a whole bunch of assumptions

then do not post something as a definitive fact if you don't know it in your heart. the same can be said about me, i cannot prove HAARP's whereabouts, or if it is even HAARP or if that is just a cloak story to a different device they use, the only thing i can prove is that we experienced something extremely unnatural to the point where the people i communed with at the time believed it to be a weapon, then people investigated it to be a weapon against us and zero'd in on HAARP being a main culprit.

the mechanism of these radiowaves is to concentrate them into a certain spot, heating the sky/atmosphere or target and manipulating circumstances based off of the heat. for instance, a hurricane becomes more powerful based off of how warm the ocean is. warmer water evaporates, goes into hurricane, gains strength. that is possible what they did with katrina, spam radiowaves into the ocean.

also, they had military planes spam spraying something onto the hurricane. its been forever, aerosol i think it was? i don't know. possibly to direct the hurricanes direction?

thinking its "asinine" and "zero reason to believe" would be the same words you'd say right before you got told about and then witnessed the tsar bomb, but it happened eh?

edit: on the flipside, there is also no reason to believe against its existence is there?
