What's Good On TV? V. Saul Changed His Number

Just noticed there's a new series of archer on netflix if anyone is a fan, hoping it might cut through my anhedonia a bit. (Seriously, I think I feel worse from stopping the diazepam I was trying to use to manage opiate withdrawal than from the opiate withdrawal itself... benzos are actual fucking horrible ime).

I love Archer. I'm about halfway through the new season and I think it's pretty good.

Have you watched 'F is for Family'?
 
Awesome, I ended up watching the new series in 2 sittings. Great stuff, I wish there was more.

I haven't, but I'm generally a fan of netflix original animated series (well, Bojack Horseman anyway.... can't think of any other examples) so will maybe give it a shot tonight :)
 
Mr Robot Season 2 has started (this time)

Is anyone watching Preacher or Outcast ? Both pretty good series but I haven't seen anyone mention them in here
 
Watched the first four episodes of Bloodline recently. Slightly ambivalent about watching more.

Has anyone watched 'Z Nation' ? I got bored of The Walking Dead.

You don't get zombies raiding a pharmaceutical factory, necking a load of Viagra and end up copulating with one another on Walking Dead.

Not watched it no, walking dead bored the shite outta me too, I will give them credit though, not many shows can get to 6/7 seasons with fuck all happening in them :p

Yeah. Walking Dead first season was good.

I reckon in the next series, they might get all sweaty and shoot a zombie in the face.
 
Versailles Season 1 finale spoilers

"Now And Forever, I Am Your King." Unfortunately not mate. :(

Was it just me being over-tired and over-drugged last night or was the episode extremely hard to get the lighting right on the TV, either far too dark, or far too glaringly bright? And was the whole episode verging on the paranoid / Schizophrenic feeling? It certainly seemed extremely strange indeed. Many of the images of the main characters seemed to be 'fractalised' and mirrored several times adding to the feelings of confusion. It had always been quite a complicated series, but never this much so.

I'll probably re-watch the final episode tonight now I've had some sleep and see if it makes any more sense. If not, I hope they pick up on season 2 on a more back to normal plot line.

Yes I love it and I actually enjoy it more that TWD (mentioned it a few times in this section) - Season 3 Out later this year :D

It's so funny, intentionally cheesy (have you seen the killer cheese yet or the glow in the dark zombies?) and just great gory fun.

No - I thought It was available for DL but after the first few (four) episodes the series sort of vanished from the usual places. I sort of moved on from that to 'The Living and the Dead' - it's 'meh'
 
Not sure if anyone has mentioned it ( think I may have many many months ago) but 'Spotless' is one of my new favourite tv shows, it is a french tv show set in london, in english, bout a crime scene cleaner who gets caught up in the underworld, it really is good, it's a dark comedy done so well,

It's on netflix if anyone is interested, I would love to hear what ye cunts make of it!

I cant stop watching Suits. Almost finished season 4. Great characters. Interesting plot lines. Great show.
