Pills of today vs. pills of 2+years ago.

Ok all...... I hate when I open my mouth and start something...lol...

I state that in my opinion 80% of the pills today I think are weaker then 80% of the pills from about 2+ years ago

I also noticed some other replies to the comment. I thought then a poll would be fun and to continue this topic in here.
I draw my conclusion on these basis
1) I remember about 2 years ago when I started just to look at pillreports for information on pills it seemed like alot of pills on they were rated at 7+ and only a few were rated lower. Now it seems like alot are 7 and under, also the higher rated ones that I got and tried recently didn't seem to deserve a higher rating.
2) Seemed like back in 2001 I was getting good pills more often then weak ones and all different ones too. Seemed like all the ones I got that were on the pillreports site fit the rating. Unlike today were I get an 8 rated pill and I think it's like worth a 6.
I know this could partly be due to the area your in.

Like I said this is my opinion. I thought it would be fun to see what others think Peace>

the MDMA distribution cartels are aware of tolerance. manufacturing methods are improving and plants are being scaled up all over SEA. pills are getting stronger, as the recent 140 mg per pill X-score bust clearly shows. amen.

Most manufacturers mainly produce pills for the United States in weaker form in order to force the purchaser to buy more pills to acheive the desired effect. Pills produced for Europe are quite the opposite, as they don't abuse it as much as the Americans, (as a whole). Doubt my statements, check the HIVE in the Russian HyperLab, that's were I'll bee.

u sure? i have always been under the impression that people in europe do waaaay more pills than people in the states. average pills per night here in the uk, (according to the mixmag drug survey 2003) is 3.7. most americanss i know still only do 1 pill/night, due to availability/price constraints. in fact, all american drug users i know call us european consumers 'spoilt'. and by the sound of your drug policies, i would tend to agree.

Pills were "stronger" when you started doing them because of your tolerance, or lack there of.

Average pill in central europe is around 60-65mg, according to local harm reduction group lab tests. This has been the same for at least 3 years. Unfortuanately there are no results I know of from eariler years.

Well if you ask me, pills have gotten weaker. In my opinion it is due to alot of reasons. Back 2+yrs ago, pills were made to be strong and the manufacturers didn't know what else they could load a pill with beside filler, so the pill was always good. Now, they know they can make a pill that contains MDMA as well as speed, K, DXM, PMA, 2C-B....the list goes on. Yes, its rare to find some of these in pills lately but they have been there. Look at when the green batch of crabs, smileys and peace signs were in circulation. The crabs contained DXM, which is proven by using the EZ Test Supreme Test Kit as well as EcstacyData.org(if i'm not mistaken). Lets not kid ourselves. Its rare to find a pill that you can rave over and would love to get a crap load of them just to have. The last pill I can say that about was last summer and that was the pink/red 3-HR. I mean I can name a few here and there that I would have liked to have alot of, including the white beetles....but the list is short if we are talking recently. They were fantastic pills. I don't argue that tolerance does play a part, but....when you compare the pills from a few yrs ago til now, there is a HUGE difference! I mean lets talk about these pills...the white Euro Dollars...hmmm, needed only 1 to start and you rolled face for hours, a definite 9-10 rating for these, thats the way it should be...now all the pills on pillreports that are being rated a 7+, are being rated that by taking 2-3 to start. Its almost every post now...took 2 to start and rolled face...I hope you did off 2. How can you rate a pill that high when you started with 2-3? Lets get real here. Take 1 and tell me what you feel, thats what makes a pill good or not....if you can roll good off 1 to start or even have roll properties by taking 1, then its a pretty decent pill. Not to mention when I started rolling, I liked it so much that I was doing more then once a week, and still only needed 1 to start, why?, because they were all good...thats why! I will say this too, maintance certainly helps too. Since i've been taking 5-HTP and multi-vitamins on a daily basis, my rolls are steady....I can't say that for the pills though. In closing I would have to say that anyone that thinks that the quality of pills hasn't changed is crazy. For recent rollers....your best pill is probably one of my weaker pills. Thats bullshit. I live in Europe (UK) and the use of MDXX is very high. Pills retail at about 2 or 3 pounds (...under $5) as the demand is very high.

It would make sense for manufacturers to produce weaker pills in europe, not America, seeing as they sell so cheaply here - leaving less of a profit margin.

3 years ago pills were definitely stronger, at least where I am. For the past 2 years strong pills have been more rare, and I believe this is due to price drops in general. However... recently there appears to be a surge in quality pills (hearts, dolphins and euro's) I don't know if this is just temporary, or an indication for the next few years. Here's hoping

In the U.S people spend more and tend to by more as their is less competion, so must peope buy many. Because they don't know when they will receive good pils again. There is a bigger market inthe U.S. than in all of Europe. Now that's a fact.

Dude you are crazy...white hearts???? PLEASE....we had them a few weeks ago and about 10 of us, from a newbie roller to rollers like us took them and not all on the same night and we all felt the same about them....THEY SUCK!!! Can't blame tolerance on a newbie roller. We got our hands on 4 MX's, which would be 2 each and yes they were good but still nothing like back in a day and thats what this thread is all about....2+yrs ago vs now. Todays pills do not compare to any of the ones I took 2+yrs ago....I mean the pills we had were bangin....Euros, VooDoo's, TT's, X-Files, Ferrari's....just to name a few! I'd be happy to say that we all feel differently toward this, whether it be tolerance or the lack of good quality!!!! Peace all!

The white hearts you had could well be replicas of the batch I'm talking about. but the first batch to come over were considered by most to be the batch that was labtested in europe as 100mg MDMA 50mg MDA.
If thats not a quality bikkie, then i don't know what is.
The white hearts that I have had (2 seperate occasions so possibly 2 seperate batchs) I would find it very hard to believe that anyone could think they sucked.

I'd look up some statistics if i could be bothered...but it's pretty common knowldege around here that pills in europe outsell those of the US by quite some way.

i personally reckon that its whatever your tolerance is and which ones u get for instance, my first ever pill that i had was a cu and was fucking shite i popped the full one and wasnt even high - but when i went to the american hifi gig a few months ago and had octgons i was so fucked i was talking to the merch guy for like half an hour and then went to dance cause art of losing came on heh
