PLEASE dont comment telling me how anorexia is horrible and blahblah because its a personal choice.
So ive tried pretty much every diet, and seeing how i play soccer and go runnings 6x a week minimum, you would think that i should have lost wieght by now. So i decided to ask around and one of my verry shmexi friends said that she just didnt eat. she said occasionally she'd eat a protein bar and whenever she got hungry she'd just drink green tea because its an appetite suppressant and it speeds up metabolism.
seeing as how im going through an incredibley fucked up time right now, food is the last thing on my mind so i think ill have no problem with this diet.
So to the main questions-
-Is anyone here anorexic?
-if so, do you eat breakfast?
-have you heard of the green tea thing? sounds sketchy to me.
-And has this worked for you? i feel like id just end up gaining wieght but, looking at this girl who recomended it for me, it might be just what im looking for.
BTW im not looking to gain muscle, if anything id like to lose muscle because ive got huge calfs and thunder thighs. im 16 years old, 159lbs.
if this doesnt work to be honest ill probably just go back to a high-carb diet and just use stimulants 2x a week -__- sorry if this is the most pathetic post youve read so far but im having the worst week and my chub is NAHT helping
