Agreed - good styles is hard styles ;)

My interpretation of good hardcore is NEOPHYTE, Rotterdam terror corps, placid K
 
Why you gotta put those 2 in the same line, they deserve their own threads. Hardstyle warmed me up to hardcore. In NYC hardcore is a pretty big, I seen Delerium and Lenny Dee a bunch of times, good shit.

For hardcore the Epileptik lable is probably my favorite sound. Matt Green and DJ Daisy are definently worth checking out, very industrial with alot of reverb combined with glitchy noises.

Check out D-Passion and Ritchie Gambino too.

Nothin beats a good fuzzed out kick drum from DJ Promo as well.

Please dont put hardstyle and hardcore in the same group. hardcore isn really a genre anymore its a collection of genres. Shardstyle is 1999 gabber slowed down :p
 
i'm surprised to see so much cheesy music classified as hardcore. if someone talks of hardcore over here they'll most likely mean music like that. but over here hardcore is part of the squat party scene.

I love UK Hardcore, Gabba and Hardstyle i go to the big raves in holland ... some parties they are mate

dude! goin to holland would be a fuckin dream for me man. the hardstyle festivals that Q-Dance throws look sooooo insane! can't wait to go to one!
