You got it, i went to Qbase in september mate in Weeze, fuck me those dutch know how to party...

10 Arena's, no sound restrictions, 50,000 ppl, fucking awesome night mate, one of the best parties i've been too by far

The Playah, Neophyte and Evil activies smashed it lol

Everyone is just up for it, didn't get much attitude either and teh drugs i found were good :)

Defkon is next year on the beach it looks mental

Oh yes, I love me some hardstyle and hardcore.
Shuffling is pretty epic too, it's amazing to watch in clubs and raves, and even better to perform for people haha.
 
I admit that the 'Melbourne shuffle' does look good when done well (kindof like a sped-up version of the dancing Leeroy used to do whilst performing with The Prodigy). But I still can't help but laugh at the thought of a load of people performing pre-choreographed dance routines whilst off their tits on methamphetamine and GHB. It's kindof like New Kids On The Block on ice :)

When I dance in a club, I'm not trying to look cool. I'm not trying to get people to watch me. I'm not performing a dance routine that I've spent hours practicing infront of a mirror. I'm just dancing however the music makes me dance, and most of the time I look like a retard. For me, taking ecstasy and dancing in a club is all about letting go and just enjoying the music.

Hardstyle clubs in Melbourne seem to be the antithesis of my idea of clubbing. The clubbers are all on meth (not ecstasy), the atmosphere is hostlie and aggressive (not happy and friendly), and everyone is performing well-rehearsed dance-routines (rather than just letting go). And that's not to mention all the people overdosing on G.

And don't even get me started on hardstyle music!!!
 
When I say perform, I mean that people have a tendency to watch, not that everyone is charged a fee and sits down with a drink haha.

@thread: Im not sure why Hardstyle is making such a come back right now. Its not horrible, but I just dont see whats so great about listening to the same tune over and over and over. The beats and the baselines and identical in all the songs. Sure in the EDM world there are many similarities when it comes to songs in a specific genre, but the "style" genre's (hardstyle, jumpstyle, etc) take it to the extreme.
 
I like Hardcore more than hardstyle, but hardstyle is easier to listen to in terms of dancing...sort of...
the best however to rave to is some hard trance! <3

Also Qbase in weeze is the best in my eyes, it'll be happening again this september i would of thought. Gotta be done mate!
 
oh and lovedoveee i would but im still in school at the moment :L gotta wait until the summer when i geta bit of cash in the pocket :P

Qlimax tickets are not available yet if that's what you mean. Probably be around the £40

Qbase is alot better in september and flights to Weeze on the German/dutch border are around £20 so cheap as chips.
