Opioids zydol and phenegan (promithizine)

please excuse the spelling, but im wondering on this question? ive taken zydol more comonly called tramadol... now when ive taken up to 150 mgs i feel nauseous an sick a little, so what if i take some phenegan which is an anti histamine to help with the said sickly feeling an also is'nt phenegan a poteniator for opioids like zydol? would this be a safe combo? thanks in advance for any advice
 
Oy - now I'm in envy. I've had a migraine for over 4 days. Out of tramadol and phenergan. No imitrex. And excederin / aspirin even magnesium / calcium bleh bleh bleh all doing nada. I found 4 left over ativan (my docs switch my psych MEDS from bipolar mood stabilizers to just plain old celexa And my reg aderrall a - I guess after talking to me for about 4 mins he knows best ugh .) he is a tool. I'm sure the switching could have triggered these headaches - was at the ER last week they had to spinal tap cuz I have a history of brain anuerysms - it's a fucking joy. Already being hypamic depressive right now - this level "10" pain and every dcotor I see won't give me more than a baby aspirin is about to send me in a rage. While northampton junkies fill the Er and I hear them getting oxy and morph and I'm a 31 working, studen who does the right thing - has brain anuerysms also a degenerative spine autoimmune disease fusing my spine together slowly that is more painful
Than most will ever know - I don't pill seek or hint or push - I just explain and expect a good doctor to help. I always leave in the same pain with a broken spirit

Getting too tired of hurting and being the burden and the dark cloud on my family with mental health struggles that I'm actively fighting and trying so hard with my physical health

This is the drug I started on, and I remember when Tramadol/ Ultram would give me those great feelings, but it didnt last long, tolerance built up fast. and usually taking more didnt help. Plus, in the big picture, the warm and fuzzy feelings wont last long, thats why most people move up the ladder quickly.

I got monthly script for it, cant remember my dose, but I do remember I blew thru it in about 2 weeks, when I first picked up the script, it was great, I could take 3-4 50mg pills and would make me feel great for about 6 hours, a little anxious, dry mouth, but good feeling, then by middle of second week, I was having to take more and more, and feeling was not that great anymore, often when I kept taking more, it would lead to black outs, complete memory loss for about 2 hours after waking up.
