On the weekend I ended up taking 200mg of diazepam and 100mg temazepam every day for 3 days. Now I got my 100 count zopiclone prescription and it does not work..nothing at all..not even the metallic taste in my mouth that i used to get is not there. I dont know what is going on but usually taking two 7,5mg zopiclones would have me having memory loss, i would get sedation and metallic taste in my mouth for 2 days after.
now I've taken in 2 days over 50 of those 7,5mg zopiclones and the only thing I feel is anxiety relief. Is it possible that the weekend of heavy benzo use got my tolerance to benzos and z-drugs so high that zopiclone does not work anymore? But I also dont get the metallic taste anymore..im so confused about this. I just took 10 of them which normally would fuck up my memory, balance and I would be stumbling around but nothing happened. I even checked that I got the right pills (these are from a pharmacy and the bottle was unopened when I got it) and the pills are definately zopiclone 7,5mg tablets. The only feeling I get is a bit of anxiety release but thats it. I've been eating these like candy now and they do nothing..

could there have been some sort of mishap at the factory where they somehow didnt even put zopiclone into the pills? should I contact my pharmacy?
Or is it that huge amount of diazepam and temazepam during the weekend that raised my benzo to the roof? (I dont really have a benzo tolerance)

^This.

I highly doubt the authenticity of the pills is the problem, but rather your heavy binge which jacked up your tolerance tremendously. There's no point in trying to speculate why the metallic taste is not present, you'll never get a definite answer.

If you still suspect that the tablets are the problems, call your pharmacy, or better yet pay them a visit.

I usually put a 1-2 day space between benzos and z drugs. Benzos just give tremendous tolerance to z drugs to the point of not feeling them at all.
Sounds to me like you're broke for the next few weeks. Drink plenty of fluids and do plenty of exercise, it also goes without saying you should quit the benzos for a good while. You'll be alright

Seeing as how this has been answered as best it could have been, I'm closing this thread. OP, if you need it re-opened to continue discussion on the subject, send me a PM via the link in my signature.
