If you don't suffer from much anxiety or trouble sleeping I'm guessing you won't like this substance much. Most people don't. This may apply to you in the future:
first I'd take one zopiclone tablet and it was pretty boring, but slightly relaxing and comfortable as well. Then I'd take two, and I'd feel dreamy, floaty, and extremely drowsy (but sometimes in a confused, awakened state). Once I developed a slight tolerance I took 3, and that's when the fun began. The sedating effects began to wear off and I began having hallucinations like solids (objects) turning into gases, walls made of small arrays of dots, waving back and forth in space. 3 was the best IMO. After that the fun is reduced as your tolerance shoots to the sky.
For sleep (without tolerance), I recommend:
1/2 to help you relax
1 to make you drowsy, tired, and help you sleep
2 to make you a bit delirious and what I recommend if you want to get to sleep much more easily.
3 to make you go in and out of consciousness
4 to make you pass out completely
You really don't trip much until you develop some tolerance, but if you want to sleep it's good right away.
Food can taste and (in my combo-filled experience) look bad. You may even get that shitty metallic layer of mucous at the back of your throat.
Even one tablet will give you a mild hangover when you're new to it.
My advice is to start with one tablet, and don't add more than 1/2 each time. Don't expect too much... combinations can be nice though
