Zoophilia?

Of all the research I did I came across some interesting stuff. It was mentioned in the bible, hieroglyphs in Egypt, astrology, apparently humans sleeping with animals has been around for centuries.
 
Hmm. I used to have a very humorous interpretation about Adam and Eve and Adam's first wife before Eve... Lilith! The story goes that Adam tried coupling with various animals from the Garden of Eden but found no solace in it. He complained to God, "All of these creatures have mates but me." And that's when God kind of threw together a pile of refuse and turned it into Lilith... The story goes on but I'd rather not ruin it any further. I'm not doing the original tale any justice here.
 
Nothing is new in sex. Humans have been having sex with animals, the same sex, their family, anything you can imagine all of it has been going on a very long time. People who think this shit is new probably are the same kinda people that believe in young earth creationism.

I think it's disgusting and wrong too btw, I'm not justifying it. Just saying it's nothing new.

Something else I find disgusting and wrong, the assertion that someone who'd have sex with an animal is more likely to have sex with children. It's based completely on unfounded assumption. The underlying logic is, x has y deviant sex. Z is also deviant sex, thus x must do z. You can and in fact people have used that logical fallacy to accuse anyone of not abiding by the social norm for sexual relations of also doing something considered much worse. Its a BS way of controlling peoples sex lives. You wanna make a compelling argument you gotta argue against the activity in question. In this case an obvious argument is they zoophilia could harm the animal andor that the animal is unable to consent. It is however worth noting that animals in general have very different ideas about consent to humans much of the time.

Its my personal opinion that zoophilia is disgusting and I can't imagine why someone would want to do that. But that's not adequate justification to stop them.

I think they should be stopped if they're harming an animal, on the grounds that I'm against inflicting needless pain on animals purely for human pleasure. I could tolerate being in a relationship with someone who has that fetish. But not it they intended to act on it.
 
There used to be a mod here that was into that shit, hell he even wanted an animal section of bluelight. Something happened to a $30,000 race horse, and got his balls busted over the matter.
Havn't seen him since.

I mean, each to their own. I don't agree with the shit, like people said its just wrong, but hey!whatever reduces the chances of unwanted pregnancys via rape and shit is always a good thing.

What I meant by the use of the word/term 'typical' is that he and other people who rape animals like this do not believe that they're actually raping/sexually abusing animals, do not believe that they're hurting or actually traumatizing the animal(s), and think that they actually have consent from the animals. 8)

People who are ped0s also do this or use this argument. 8(

don't get me wrong, I'm neither zoophile nor vegetarian, but I find this double standard here pretty amusing.

I get stuck on this too. (And I'm an omnivore and only sexually into consenting adult humans.) It's a really weird thing, ethically. It's even weirder in the case of female zoophiles and male animals.
 
^ haha, very interesting spin on things Bagseed, I'm sure this could spark off a good debate. I think basically, we are disgusted by having sex with animals because biologically we should be. It's nothing actually to do with morals. I think it's actaully ingrained in us because we should (and quite rightfully and thankfully so) find our own species attractive. Yes, there are instances where people do want to, the same goes for other species, have sex with other animals; hence, why zoophilia exists. It's the same why inbreeding is considered taboo, because biologically it can result in deformities if a child is the result of a sexual relationship between family members, this too in ingrained in us, other species like chimpanzees are the same, where mother and son sexual relationships are avoided. Therefore, my point being, it's not a moral based decision not to have sex with another species, it's becuase most of us are hardwired not too, because it would lead to the downfall of our species. That's why we have less of a problem killing another animal to eat it (even though murder is worse than rape), because that is beneficial to the survival of our species.

I don't agree with the horrible conditions we put them in for food either.
But killing animals for food is a necessity, harming them in other ways like sexually is not. I don't have a problem with killing animals for food. I have a problem with putting them through unnecessary suffering.

I'm sorry, did I offend you? Yeah, it makes perfectly good logical sense, pal. If a person has no regard to what he is doing to an animal that does not have the will nor the mental capacity to refuse sex with a completely different species, then there is a pretty good chance this same individual would have little to no regard to a child either. Sorry, bud...I'm not here to make any excuses for sick people who want to have sex with animals...nor am I here to tip toe around your feelings about it. If a man or woman is sick enough to screw an animal, then they are potentially sick enough to molest a child as well. You can bleed your heart all over these people if you want to...however, they will get nothing from me. This is a sick and twisted world we live in...and I am not here to justify ANY of it. The only reason why we now live in a society where people think, "ANYTHING GOES!!! TO EACH THEIR OWN!!!" when it comes to zoophilia or even in other cases child molestation or incest, (Yes, there are groups of people out there who actually sit on threads much like this one and justify incest and molesting children) is because sick people are now more common than sane people. Just because more and more people feel that these things are "normal" does not make it any less sick. Wasting your time justifying anything to me...you are not going to convince me, pal.

How is it a necessity to eat meat in most of the western world? again, I eat meat (albeit not that much), but I still don't see the logic here. we have all the important veggies and grains and other stuff all the time around the year, do you definately can supply all the necessary nutrients w/o animal products. in a unglobalized world, where we'd have next to nothing in the winter, maybe, but that's not how it is.

ah and btw, basically all of meat production nowadays puts the livestock through excess suffering.

but this is pretty offtopic, and I'll be out of here now ;)

WTF did i just read, this is beyond fucked up. This guy used to be a member here? He got only three years for almost 400 pounds of coke, talk about snitching in its highest degree.
 
I'm not asking an opinion on a zoo I am just asking how to deal with one. We have a daughter and I have a camera for a baby monitor so I haven't seen a display of or behavior that he molests kids. I'm not so sure that is plausible to say that they do both because some of the most deadliest murderers had families and were just genuinely nice people. Its been defined as an illness. So I don't gather how hr would molest kids...same concept but not one in the same I would think
 
Hey Heather, don't listen to Wraiven, his logic is fucking absurd, yes your man needs help; however, there is no reason to think that because he gets satisfaction looking at animal porn that he must instantly have the mind of a child abuser. That kind of view is dangerous and doesn't help anyone, it also makes him sound incredibly ignorant and quite frankly stupid. He also talks as if child abuse, incest and beastiality are a modern phenomenon and a product of our time - these have existed since the dawn of man and are not considered 'normal' in our society, they are also not linked, why would they be? Don't you worry, concentrate on getting help for your man.
