Zoned out on computer games

First let me say i am new to this posting thing so if this not the right place please forgive my mistake.

Ok So does anyone else get zoned out on computer games.? I will take a few pills and just be so involved with farmville. Just wondering, I USE to have a meth habit and thank goodnes there was NO farmville around because i would have played it all the time.. What ever you drug of choice is does it make you want to farmville or play poker or mafia wars, etc etc,

since video games are so enhanced by cannabis, let's let this stay open

but stimulants and farmville? the one south park made fun of? hehe

stimulants are going to make you OCD, make you feel like you have to complete your tasks in an orderly fashion etc. so it's no wonder uppers go good with certain types of games. i would call it a waste of time, and a waste of brain cell connections cause you keep using the exact same connections :p

personally, though..... NOTHING beats sitting back with (and let's assume no tolerance to boot...) a bowl of pot, 20-40mg oxycodone, and 1mg clonazepam. maybe a soma. whether it's to enhance a computer game, enhance music, enhance socializing

now i just gotta wait a few years for my brain to return to normal so i can have near zero tolerance again and get high sometimes! :(

edit: i play things like ceasar/tropico/simcity, battlefield 2/battlefront 2/counterstrike, and sometimes puzzle games when i find a good one (like spelunx, which i'm no longer able to find an executable for and probably wouldn't work on windows 7 anyway)
 
this is actually a sports & gaming thread.

i can't say i've ever got into computer games when i'm on drugs. bluelight/msn yes, games no.
 
technology (drugs) enhancing technology (video games)

but yeah it's also sports/gaming

i'll give it a redirect so both forums have a look. though it'll sink here :(

sports/gaming seems mostly non-computer-related though. i think things like counterstrike belong better in S&T

Yikes at those games you listed being "games."

Not really. Usually the win/lose components of video games are a giant buzzkill for me, however I can see where "playing" a mindless game where you just feed it real money could be fun.
 
i prefer to put on some decent music and go on a forum/facebook or whatever when stoned (which is very rarely). used to play a few first person shooters and strategy games when stoned as fuck when i was younger, ended up getting properly deep into it. saying that i get very deep into anything when stoned
 
Games used to be my 'Drug Addiction' when i was younger.

I would play Counter-Strike excessively in the early days (1999-2004) then i got so hopelessly hooked into WoW for another 4 years, weed was pretty win with WoW in certain situations ;)
 
a big box of whip its and a silent hill game in the dark with headphones works for me.

otherwise, i like to sit back and marinate with different final fantasy games on opiates.
 
Oxy and weed make anything better IMO. If its something you already enjoy it just stands to reason that it would be better as well. When I was younger and used to play in halo tournaments I wouldn't even go sober. Fps, oxy and bud are my favorite combos ever.
