Zombie apocalypse

While it is possible that this is some kind of underlying possibility, it is also possible that this is just a case of "tripping too hard", I've had a similar thing with Ketamine, I had it on my last 4-AcO-DMT (sat on a log for 3 hours barely moving a muscle) and I've even had it at times with weed. I do notice my surroundings but I tend to get so deep into my own head that I choose to ignore them, I think a telling factor in this would be whether or not this is involuntary - are you completely unable to move Headfuck?
