I have injected Ambien several times before. Originally I had heard that it's effects were to similar that of IV cocaine, though for the life of me I find it hard to remember anything to compare.

In this instance I had obtained USP zolpidem tartrate. I weighed out 30mg, split it into two piles, dumped one pile in some bottled water and stirred it up. It took a few minutes and it went into solution perfectly. I filtered once through a cotton ball I ripped off a q-tip (which I later regret). It took me three tries before I could register. Before I could depress the plunger all the way, as I re-register when I have a full barrell, the effects took hold. I kept my composure, re-registered once more and finished the barrell and capped the needle.

Before I could realize it my vision disintegrated into a blur that swirled like a whirlpool of water and colors. I couldn't tell if my eyes were open or closed and I had the sensation of slouching my head over into my lap as I felt my body swirling like my vision did earlier. I cannot remember what I heard, if there was a ringing in my ears like many associate with IV cocaine I couldn't tell you. Having never IV'ed cocaine (as I do not like stimulants) I could not make the comparison, but it was in no way similar to insufflated or oral cocaine.

My vision returned within a minute. It was difficult to speak, kind of that sensation when trying to speak on DMT or Salvia. I managed to force out a sentence or two. I am not certain how much time elapsed, but I decided to do it again. Much like consuming ambien orally and choosing to redose unnecessarily when intoxicated I chose to do the same.

Now I remember uncapping the needle and accidentally pressing it onto some surface that caused it to bend. Fortunately the bend was in such a position that the tip was at the skin and the barrell was more vertical than normal. I checked to see if the needle could draw fluid and didn't leak. I found that it was still functional and prepared the second "bump" I had separated earlier.

Again using bottled water I prepared the solution, but this time the water was cloudy and merky, with a thin film of what looked like oily residue. I was wary of this, I filtered it through another cotton ball I had ripped off a new q-tip. It still had this oily film at the top so I tossed the solution. By this time I had just about come down, the effects lasting perhaps 30 minutes, subsiding more-so over the next hour as my prior experiences with pills dictated. The next solution I prepared gave me a new problem. The powder hadn't entirely dissolved, so I shook it and added as much water as possible. Finally it went into solution and I used my now bent syringe (I only had one at this time, mind you).

Same method as before, but this time some people I didn't need to be there walked in to observe what I was doing. I still regret that decision to re-dose. I managed to IV it successfully, but the initial swirling effect of my vision and body that I was looking to achieve did not occur. There was no rush but the general "high" was intensified five-fold.

I went back to my room, and noticed I didn't have the gear on me. Perhaps I threw it out? I couldn't remember. Still really messed up I came running back to the room where people were now asleep, in panic, not knowing how long had elapsed and announced that some dirty needles might be in their presence. It was idiotic and I spread the panic to those in the room. I turned on the light and looked around quickly. Not seeing it at first glance I assured them I'll worry about it tomorrow. I returned to my room and fell asleep.

The next day I woke up sweating and developed a fever in the early afternoon, it rose to 102F. I took some tylenol in hopes to reduce my fever so I could go out and party. My fever subsided by late evening around 10pm to around 99.5 and I went to a party, drinking minimally as not to punish my liver.

I am certain it was the cotton that resulted in my fever, because a friend of mine experienced an identical fever using the same batch of q-tips to filter. Oddly, one would expect cotton fever to hit very quickly. This, in-fact, did not hit until 12 hours after injection.

All in all it was an interesting experience, I'm thankful to have had it but do not plan on doing it anymore.

no dont plan on IVing pills like that fk man, this ambien haze shooting up isnt safe at all :/. But yeh I have IVd it with a proper micron filter a couple of times did fk all cause I had a ridiculous tolerance (and from them not benzos). 30mg IV did literally nothing at that point so the drug just petered out almost totally lol

I agree the cocaine stuff is a bit much its aight but not like that, but often it did give me a stimulating optimistic confident feeling so that aint bad. One thing it has in common with charlie is its good to rail.

If someone with basically no zolpidem/benzo tolerance IVs zopl 10mg will knock em for six Id say, but so would railing it without the IVing pills problems. All in all for me the best ROA was swallow 2 10mg tabs wait 5/10 and rail another 5mg, pretty efficient and safe

He didn't IV pills, he obtained pure zolpidem tartrate. However, doesn't sound like a good experience to repeat, judging by your story.
