There's not a lot on this particular ROA with Zolpidem out there, and although this report is concise and lacks much description, I feel it should be available to those who search or are interested.
4 10mg Zolpidem tablets crushed up and cooked in a spoon a la heroin or whatever you will. Drawn up into a U100 using a cotton.
T+0:00 - Stabbed myself in the upper right thigh and slowly pushed the liquid. Painful, but not too bad.
T+3:00 - Woke up face-down on my hardwood floor with no memory of how I got there. After a few minutes I realized I had IM'd 40mg Zolpidem. Things are hazy at this point but the drug's effects are rapidly wearing off.
I have no recollection whatsoever of the drug kicking in or any ''first alerts'', per say. It was an instant blackout. I have had 9 years experience with Ambien and this is the first time I have not felt it kick in.
My little brother, who was sitting on the couch next to me, could apparently see it was kicking in, and he says he told me not to get up (of course I did anyway). I apparently fell down, go boom, and slept on a hardwood floor face-down for 3 hours. Talk about a sleeping pill.
By the way, I do not recommend or condone this idiocy.
