I understand that zoloft (or any SSRI) will stabilize your mood while on vyvanse and make the "comedown/crash" easier. But, when would be the most beneficial time to take the zoloft while on vyvanse? In the morning with the vyvanse, in the afternoon, or in the evening when the vyvanse has wore off?

It wont make much of a difference when you take the zoloft. Zoloft, like other ssri's take weeks to reach a steady plasma level. Once its reach its maximus blood plasma level for the dose you are on is when you ail notice the most bennefit. However taking it in the morning or night wont change the effects it has on vyvanse.
Take zoloft whenever you wish during the day, try to stick to a schedule of whenn you dose it however.
