can I have one reply pls?
I have problem getting enough zinc,I reed that you lose zinc while sweating and that one ejaculation is like 5mg

100 grams of oats, beens, chicken is like 0.5mg .. I fap everyday and sweat like motherfucker in gym

i also heard that 15mg zinc per day is wrong number, that its more... so I think i have zinc deficiency

I made some calculations and I think I get about 5mg of zinc on average on day,pls kill me

The amount of zinc you need depends on your age, gender and life stage. What I have read is that zinc should be 11mg for men 19 years of age and older.

Would it be possible for you to take a multivitamin with zinc on it? If not, what I know is that oysters and beef are high on zinc.

Seriously, some guys drink their own semen. There's nothing wrong with doing so, you'll be getting nutrients that would have been wasted if you didn't drink them.
Or just get a supplement... like zma

Pumpkin seeds are high in zinc. You have to buy the shelled, unsalted variety... they are green. I grind them in a coffee grinder and add it fresh to everything.... or you can just eat them.

Just buy some zinc supplements. I think mine were $4 and they're 50mg of Zinc in every pill. Simple fix. :) Zinc is really good for you! It helps your immune system and helps your body produce more testosterone.

Just get a zinc supplement or a multi-vitamin that has zinc in it. You should be able to get it at any pharmacy, grocery store, department store, health food store, etc.

i started taking 20mg zinc daily, after 5 days I noticed faster muscle growth, and alpha male state of mind,I can stare people in the eye easier now and when I walk in public I feel more relaxed, more like boss bad boy lol... might be placebo, but the muscle gains are real

^ It's not your imagination and there's a connection to male vigor and zinc. Men need more zinc to maintain prostate health, and aside from the bones the prostate is where most zinc is stored in a man's body. It relates to reproductive health. I've read studies which correlate zinc deficiency with prostate issues down the road.

I feel way more grounded and solid when my zinc intake is status quo.
