Hello to all! I am a brand new member, but prior, have resourced this site for useful information numerous times.
For approximately 2 years, I have been prescribed Methadone 15-25 mg a day as needed for Fibromyalgia and aggressive Osteoarthritis under a physician via Pain Clinic, until I realized I was taking it around the clock whether I had pain or not.
They put my on a 3 week taper to avoid withdrawal, which many have said was too fast. Withdrawal still came and it was was hell as there were days I couldn't even get out of bed, let alone be remotely productive.
I scoured the web for information about methods to ease it. Found information about Imodium. I just started taking 50mg Omeprezole + 30mg of Imodium 2-3 times every 24 hours. This has been a godsend! My question is, do I need to take the Omeprezole with each dose of Imodium or just once every 24 hours? Thank you!
