Z-drugs, Benzodiazepines, and Alcohol - wiki updates

Hi!

I am very knowledgeable about the above and would like to contribute to the wiki about these drugs - this
would be both about the drugs, but also side effects, risks of sudden withdrawal, links to useful websites
(based on the Ashton manual), as well as rarer side-effects (e.g. having met people with reactions to
Z-drugs that present as major psychiatric illness but resolve by withdrawing the Z-drug - and even
their sleep got better!)

If I make some text-based templates, who should I PM them to for review?

I would also like to, later, add info about most other psychtropic medications, antidepressants,
antipsychotics, mood stabilisers, and so on!
