Any risks?

Just want to know how easily I will be able to put my head to rest after I take a SR 20 mg pill with a low dose of Zopiclone

I used to fall asleep on a 7.5 but I ve recently acquired pills of lower dose, 3.5 I believe

I would usually take the Ritalin around 16:00=18:00 PM

Is ok to just take the 7.5 or should I be worried about taking even the 3.5?
 
IME its pretty harmless. my doc has me on 20mg ir Ritalin and 10mg ambien. it works out pretty sweet. ill crash and pop an

ambien and get a lil drowsy, and it gets rid of the stimulant induced anxiety for me. Ive been on that combo for a while

now with no ill effects, so IMHO it should be fine.
