Your Unhealthy Little Habits

once a week on average i buy a pack of cigs and throw them out at some point, ill binge on junk food once a week maybe, exercise 2-3 times a week

when im happy im really healthy, when im depressed i just dont give a fuck, im not happy that often recently tho
 
Smoking cigarettes. I bodybuild, eat strict diets, do strict workout routines, don't drink soda, don't get drunk, and I avoid processed foods yet I smoke a few cigarettes a day.

as long as you still incorporate a little cardio you're probably just fine doing that.
 
I drink a bit these days (more than ever), but not so much that I crave it when I go without.
I get my caffeine from no_dos, tea and Thai red bull. I have heaps of energy each day, but don't get headaches when I abstain.
Most harmful I think is my propensity to anxiety at time. Not often, but very acute.
 
Eating Haagen Dazs ice cream always seems to make my mouth bleed.




Nice taste but bloody side-effects.
 
I eat in my sleep, sometimes even wake up with food still in my mouth.
I have crones so I have to keep a strict diet during the day, guess my body just takes over when I'm sleeping.
 
Good to know. Is that because of crohn's, or...?

I'm thinking perhaps I have some things similar but less severe. I am slightly arthritic and less tolerant physically of food and exercise than I was, but it's all under control, I am dosing up on ginger and turmeric.

I am not sure if it is casein in the milk in combination with sugar which causes it or just the sugar. I am probably a bit intolerant of sugar and should probably avoid dairy too. One of my grandads was diabetic and the other died from colon cancer in his fifties, so I am a hypochondriac.
