Benzos your thoughts on etizolam

Etizolam has a ceiling - THAT is why in some nations it wasn't as strictly controlled as other 1,4-benzodiazepines.

When I was young and stupid(er) I consumed 500mh of the stuff (we were sent 600mg for instrumental analysis and one only needs circa 1000mg so we had spare). I remember taking it, doing some work, walking out of my home, into town, took a package to the postoffice, saw a friend and stopped for coffee, walked back home and went on with my day.

It's supposed to have anti-depressant activity and a few wise heads who know these things inform me that to get the best out of etizolam you need to take it for weeks. Now I wasn't depressed - just curious to know if that ceiling was a hard ceiling or a soft ceiling. It was the former.

BTW Just because I did something dumb and got away with it is of zero statistical value in knowing if YOU would likewise be so lucky. Who knows? That ceiling MAY be subject to genetic variability so for some people it's lower, some it's higher, some it may not exist. In which case I imagine 500mg would be a lot.

For comparison 500mg of payrazolam saw me sleep for five days and not be out of it until day eight or nine. It's an extremely safe benzodiazepine with an even larger TI than diazepam... but evidently no ceiling.
I always appreciate your tales of being young and full of piss, vinegar, and rare drugs.

I found etizolam to be an excellent anxiolytic drug that kind of lived in the background, thus was the very worst in terms of being fucked up and feeling stone cold sober. Number ONE.

I could neck down an entire blister pack of that stuff, go outside acting like I'm Mr. Bigshot, but in reality, I'm drooling, with 1 eye open and donut smashed all over my face.

Glad you do, because if I have to read one more post about a Brompton cocktail and sperging out about the same cocktail of 10 drugs he prefers that are typically completely unrelated to the topic at hand, I might Brompton cocktail myself into an early grave.

diazepam is my one exception - I find diazepam very euphoric compared to most benzos (though it's definitely weaker mg to mg)

That is fair --- if --- is there a diazolam? Sorry I know jack ish bout chemistry. (lol I maxxed out trying to figure out molar mass calculations...)

Well, rather than repeatedly bitching for putting you to the trouble of not reading my posts, you can simply use the [IGNORE] button so you don't see any of my posts. I'm setting you to ignore now so no hard feelings, good luck and goodbye,

Well that escalated quickly!

I'd love to try a brompton cocktail tbh.

For the curious:

Some specifications for variants of Brompton cocktail call for methadone, hydromorphone, diamorphine (heroin), or other strong opioids in the place of morphine; diphenhydramine or tincture of cannabis in place of the chlorpromazine; and methamphetamine, amphetamine, dextroamphetamine, co-phenylcaine (lidocaine and phenylephrine hydrochloride), methylphenidate or other stimulants in the place of cocaine.[citation needed] The original recipe for Brompton cocktail also calls for chloroform, cherry syrup to help mask the bitter taste of some of the components, and distilled water in some quantity to dilute the chloroform (hence chloroform water) or to add volume to allow for more precise titration of doses.

Sorry, I was in a shit mood and get irritated reading the same drug-vomit over and over again (which actually wasn't even in this part of the thread currently).
Edit: And yes, if someone showed me that list of substances and dropped it in my lap, I'd say "We're off to see the Wizard, the wonderful Wizard of Brompton!"

I apologize. I was in a garbage mood, but you are certainly free to ignore me. I don't really do that shit, though. That's lame.

It is prescribed and/or OTC in India and has been for decades. Well studied substance, I remember they were throwing the old "You could grow tits" rumor out there about it when it hit the US and at the time I was researching like 50+ mgs of it a day so I had to actually look into it a bit --- I never grew tits but I did find better benzos and than eventually stop/taper and run out.

Currently legal in the states as of jul 26th, the wiki still says its schedule one to scare ppl off I presume, but read carefully you will see that expired...Than again you ordering blister packs tough to argue not for human consumption, id stick with powder personally. Cheaper and allows more plausible deniability

Clonazolam, Flubromazolam I would take over etiz all day for a # of reasons, I kind of presume I would prefer Phenazolam but have not got to try it yet --- prolly ever lol

The legit blue blister packs say "cannot sell for more than 40 rubles" (is it rubles) on the back --- which is interesting and must say something about demand?

*edit* nvm found what i wanted to
Was excited at first but unfortunately it's not legal in the US. It was permanently placed in S-I. Federal Register here

BTW the only worse benzo I've sampled was bentazepam. Again, it clearly has a ceiling effect and from what I recall it was quite similar to etizolam in that I couldn't imagine anyone ever taking it UNLESS they were suffering from severe anxiety and even then it really wasn't very good.

It might be the case that like etizolam, it's taking it regularly that makes it useful.

If you believe the tosh about it producing coma in large doses, check the citation - the patient had in fact consumed 800mg of bentazepam, 400mg of chlorodiazepoxide AND 500mg of imipramine. So yes, the flumazil WOULD reverse the massive amount of nordiazepam that chlorodiazepoxide is the pro-drug of but alone bentazepam has a hard ceiling.

It's just my opinion but the only logical reason for Spain having to make bentazepam a [POM] is that in theory it could be used as a precursor to make the triazolo derivative which co-incidently was patented in 2024. Now would 'bentazolam' be much fun? Probably not but it would likely be not much fun at far lower doses!
