Thank you. As for my background, I started playing the piano when I was 7, the violin when I was 11, and the guitar in high school. I don't have too much formal training in music theory, but I am an avid classical music fan, and I somewhat have an advantage when it comes to listening since I have perfect pitch. Thus, I can listen to any music and mentally map them out in terms of pitches as well as chords. Having said that, my compositions are still at an infant stage and I hope to incoroporate a lot more some time in the future.

Okay, I got bored this weekend, and came up with the notion that I should make some songs for you guys to hear.

You can get them here:

They are all pretty short, because they aren't really finished. Some of them are pretty crazy, and I can't figure out what to classify them as. They range from 85 BPM to 200BPM.

I'm not a trance fan in the slightest...

(ok, well i do like some tribal circuit stuff)

but i have to say that I did like YES I DO (synapse mix)

I do think maybe there was too many "sounds" with a reverb on them.... it sound like the kick had one... so when the other stuff comes in and they have reverb, too, it's just too many layers going on.

But, even on lo-fi dial up, it did sound nice.... and like something that could be released...

Ok kids... enough listening without saying shit or posting mine...

I figured, I can't talk shit till I post mine...

It's Post Apocalyptic, the first track off my e.p. that I'm releasing... feel free to listen, but I can't allow the mp3 download cuz I'm in talks with someone... but if you wanna remix it for the Bside, lemme know... any genre is fine with me :)

We already have a SICK jungle remix coming up :)

yea, that was SICK.

I thought there could have been more sampling maybe, but in my 500 dollar headphones it sounds like pure gold.

I was trying to emphasise that it sounded better in my headphones than on my computer speakers... meaning that there could be too much of something.

and no, yours isn't ;)

heh, check my track man, later :)

Hallo everyone!

I've been learning the ropes of production over the last few months, I mainly use Fruityloops 3.56 (not keen on v.4 for some reason) Absynth, Pro53, Sound Forge and FM7.

I'd really appreciate any comments and constructive criticism on any of my tunes here:

I'd reccommend:

-Borderline Fantasia (ambient dnb)

-Visualisation (ambient dnb)

-Cognitive Overload (big fat dnb)

-Thailand (laid back piano breakbeat/house)

Hope you enjoy.......

hey all... i would really appreciate some feedback on a couple of mine if anyone wants a listen... dnb all the way

http://www.trisinnajungle.co.uk/

I'm also part way through a jungle mix of dub b good to me so comments on this appreciated also (esp ideas... cant seem to fit anything else with it but it needs some final touches)

Thanks
T
