Bi female with male partner here.
We have an open relationship but it requires permission from the other person. If he wanted to sleep with other males I would be fine with it - however if he went behind my back and cheated it would be the end of the relationship.

I'm bisexual and have been in two open relationships before with two different bisexual male partners. The first male partner and our open relationship worked out OK but we were both honest with each other and talked a lot, and nobody cheated or lied to each other.

The 2nd relationship was open but I was fine being only with my partner, and he did lie and cheat on me and his husband-the husband and I were just friends and never got involved sexually or romantically, and this and other factors are what ended my relationship with him.
