Bob Seger: has a CCR cover of Fortunate Son. He even gives credit to CCR. His live version( I love CCR) is actually better( noticeably better) than CCR's studio version.

I usually don't like live music. Bob Seger is different, he is the greatest in my opinion, but that cover is incredible.
