Opioids Your dream opiate prescription and why?

If you were going into a doctor's office and you had your choice of any opiate prescription/combination which would it be and why?

For instance: I would choose 40mg Opana ER with 30mg Roxy's for breakthrough pain (this was an example).

Thanks for your time, I hope to hear some interesting dream prescriptions and the reasoning.
 
We don't allow threads like this. (what do I take / what do I ask for / what's your favorite / compare these drugs for me)
