Your biggest drug-related pet peeves?

I have some 'friends' who will not be convinced that wet shrooms are just as strong (if not stronger) that dry shrooms...

Them: "no no coz like there is a chemical reaction when they dry out that makes them stronger. there is no point me doing wet shrooms I won't get anything off them"

Me: Trust me they are good.

Them: you lot must be such lightweights

ME: No look, when mushies are dried they don't get stronger they just get LIGHTER so its seems like you are eating less.

Them: but if you eat less they must be stronger

ME: No that is just because the water has evaporated from them.
Just try some.

Them: na its not worth it, wet mushies are rubbish, they won't get me fucked at all.

I literally want to smash their heads against a wall.
I really cannot believe some people are just so stupid and stubborn (is a bad combination)
but on the other hand, people of that pedigree of stupidity should not be allowed to enjoy the teachings of the thai...let them stick to thier dried up old liberty caps!

Oh, and people that don't know that Crack is just Coke minus the HCl. I've met people that will do blow all night an talk shit about crack, and they don't know a damn thing about it. I choose not to do crack, but at least I know its still coke.

Maybe because the effects of crack are so much differnt than coke that most people overlook freebase being the free'ed base of coke.

I can't say I have many peeves, one thing I've learnt is cut annoying fucks out of my life. Makes it so much easier.
 
I've seriously tried force feeding one of them wet shrooms but he won't bite...
"wet shrooms are discusting, I aint eating that shit" and apparently my shroom tea smelt off.....OK THEN
 
This was one peeve when I was in college:

People looking at you like a leper if you do coke, or say you have done coke, yet they blow adderall all night as if it is goddamn powdered sugar

here are a couple of my pet peeves...

-people who just dont even try to handle themselves when they'r on something....i have a friend who ruins everything every time she gets stoned/drinks/pops xanax/tweeks, she just runs amock and basically is the one that you just want to slap in the face and tell to "SHUT THE FUCK UP!! CORNER!! NOW!!" hell, just the other night she was jumping the fence to a pool at a hot spot hotel where we were all partying...about 5 seconds after we got her back in our room (risky room at that, lots of people, lots of drugs), the fucking cops/security were at the pool (about 15ft away from the room)

-the hippie types that only smoke pot and take shrooms because it comes from the ground, then bitch about how speed (etc) is dirty and man made but then 10min later they're talking about their love affairs with acid and ecstacy (which makes NO SENSE considering MDMA stands for "methyldioxymethamphetamine "...ignorant idiots


-mentioned before, people that get the pipe then start a fucking novel (especially tweekers), and then they make you sound like a fiend when you say "shut up and hit it already", when really its just...well, we werent in that circle to hear their bullshit, i was there to get high, thats my defense.

-people that are ten times worse then you telling you that YOU have a problem and that they went through everything your going through and your next and even if you say something like 'yeah well ive controlled it thus far, maybe im just not an idiot that gives in to the drugs" half a second later "THATS WHAT I SAID A YEAR AGO AAHHHHH THE DRAMA YOUR IN DENIAL!!!"...people dont understand i dont do drugs to cure anything, i do them for fun, but i do know how to have fun without them unlike the hundreds of thousands chasing the bag this very instant.


-again, mentioned before, the whole 'natural' bullshit...ya know, as far as i know, we dont get ingredients from other planets, so basically it all started out natural at one point or another...probably just an excuse to not try the harder 'unnatural' shit...give it up, just say you dont wanna get in too deep, doubt they'll laugh at you. i know i promised never to try LSD for fear of fucking my mentality up and all i got was "well it could happen, but dont do anything you dont want to". this isnt a 70's filmstrip, no ones gonna laugh and spread rumors and write 'square' on your locker ;)

-heroin addicts that bitch at tweekers for what they do and how 'dirty' it is...give me a break, the same dirty ass mexican that cooked the speed probably brewed the heroin and probably took a dump in it just for kicks... and at least meth users only mentally crave the drug rather then twitch and shake and throw up and all that other bullshit heroin withdrawals do to you.

-people who shoot up...to me, thats the lowest most pathetic thing a user can do...drugs are dangerous to begin with, but putting all those cuts right into your fucking body straight up just because it feels a bit better is stupid...heroin has so many cuts that they say every time you inject, some of the cuts that cant be metabolized build up in your bloodstream and cause clots, that would scare me. i mean i smoked heroin for 2 months straight (not knowing, i was told it was opium, so i felt a bit better about it), and its not even that great of a high, i dont know what all the fuss was about, and the tolerence sucked, that shit builds up QUICK. i dont mean to preach or nothing but i just dont understand it.

(im a gay homosexual fag btw...)-girls that get fucked up then just INVADE my bubble getting all whorish on me and trying to attempt to do shit with me...come on guys, how would you feel if a guys did that to you all the time (though from experience some guys dont mind much after a few beers and a xanax lol).

-dipshits that try and look badass by suggesting that we 'go rob houses or go steal cars'...guys give it up, how do you expect someone to have fun while on drugs and/or with drugs in a stolen car thats begging to be pulled over

-dirty whores that go down on their dealers twat and let two guys tag team them, then say they dont remember it and wonder why they're on antibiotics for STD's the next week.8)

Oh GOD yes. That is the worst. Worse than the ignorant "know-it-alls", worse than the "natural" crowd--its the fucking MOMS. And the worst of it is, the moms come out in force around alcohal. You could be on X shrooms and heroin wallowing in a corner and everybody will leave you alone. But the second you touch a drop of alcohal, you've got three moms trying to hold your hand and tell you how drunk you are. When I drink, I drink until I can no longer stand. I don't need a fucking mom trying to baby me into going to bed or cutting me off or some bull shit.

The absolute worst mom experience, for me, was on weed. I was high and fucking with these kids who were "straight-edge" about weed and this one takes me and sets me down in front of a computer, turns on some shitty trance and turns to his friends and whispers, "he likes the visualizations." Like I was a fucking monkey, or I couldn't understand him or some shit. I about punched him. Probably should have.

Thank you, but no. I actually have taken as many unnatural substances as I have natural substance, probably more. I'm just saying sometimes people use drugs for religious purposes, not for getting fucked up. And SOMETIEMS their religion/beliefs calls for taking a natural substance, and that's fine. Oh and it's good that you tried dissing me, and it completely failed, moron.
 
my petpeeves would have to be when people complain about being smoked out. they're sitting there smoking your weed and as they finish their hit they complain about either where youre smoking, how much youre smoking, the type of weed, the smoking device, ect.

i also cannot stand kids who brag about what they do. all of us know one. the ones that repeatidly ask in public "HOW MUCH DID I DRINK LAST NIGHT" or have to let the world know just how much they smoked/snorted, ect.

people who fake being under the influence to seem cool, or exagerate their effects.

a final petpeeve isnt that big. i know a guy who always keeps the biggest nug for himself, his personal 1/8 or whatnot. instead of breaking it up, or tearing off a peice before giving it to whoever is packing the bowl, he hands the entire nugget. its sort of a "wow look at what i have" thing and it just irks me sometimes.
 
When you're chilling out with some friends and there's this one paranoid kid who obviously doesn't have a handle on his usage and just fucks with everyone. not intentionally, just paranoia getting the best of him. It always fucks up the vibe, makes people uncomfortable.


Also, I really hate it when a few of us all throw down for a bottle of something to catch a buzz and after you've taken a few shots, people start trying to mooch off of you. i really hate that, it's like they wait for you to get buzzy to catch you off guard and by that time you don't really give a fuck. so irritating. it's usually always the same people mooching too, i don't mind hooking a friend or two up every now and again, but c'mon i barely support my party habits let alone yours too.
 
People who think that one type of drug use is worse or more demeaning than another as in "Thank G_D I only smoke weed instead of being a nasty crackhead,"etc.It is as if these people think that one substance or another has some sort of moral superiority.Peeve #2:People who think that they are superior because of their method of consumption as in,"Thank G_D I only sniff and dont shoot up like that skank,"as if it makes any kind of difference morally.Last but not least,as it has been said here and in other threads,as a native New Yorker I find it grating when people use the slang term "dope" for any other substance than heroin.I guess I caught some of that "moral superiority"...

no no no no no, shooting up IS a big deal, thats going for the maximum and most dirty high rather then just sticking to what you have, its desperate, pathetic, just plain rock bottom...boo hoo the high isnt as great as a smoke/snort, least you dont have a dirty needle sticking out of your arm and trackmarks letting everyone know you do it...just my opinion.

First of all...you are doing yourself a disservice by placing yourself on a pedestal.A person who sniffs,a person who smokes,and a person who inject the same substance are all enjoying[we hope enjoying]the physiological response triggered by the substance.In the long run,with responsible measures,the result is the same. What you are positing smacks of elitism[that is the second time I've had to employ that phrase this week...what is going on with this site?].People put others down so that they may give themselves a sense of inflated superiority.You[or anyone else for that matter]are in no position to denigrate a subjective act.People do what they do for a myriad of reasons,but probably most of all because it makes them feel good.Who are you[or anyone else]to say that what they are doing is wrong? People who make moral judgements tell more about themselves than they realize.
