Your 5 LEAST FAVORITE college football teams

"Michigan fans are usually cocky, arrogant, and come from money. they subsequently look down upon the more Middle Class and average American Ohio State fans"

God, that couldnt be more true ;P

1. Ohio State- Im from michigan, do i really have to say more?

2. Michigan State- You can only pick one michigan school to like...

3. Florida- Mainly because i could not stand tim tebow and his anti-abortion commercial during the super bowl

4. Notre Dame- they are always nationally televised losing, garbage ass team

5. Auburn- cause they pay $200,000 for their quarterbacks :P

1) Notre Dame - They represent EVERYTHING that is wrong with CFB....They are what 1-10 in bowl games the last 10+ yrs? Cuzget macthup in bowl games they dont deserve to be in cuz they have the biggest bandwagon fan base in almost any sport.....There's special rules in the BCS just for fucking ND....absolute BS.....

Join a conference you pussies.....I smile everytime ND loses a game and/or fires a coach

2) Alabama - And no it has nothing to do with me being an LSU fan and nothing to do with Saban.....Its the fans.....The fans have nothing to do in their shit ass state of Alabama but Bama football....It started when Bama had a few bad years earlier this decade and they would literally crawl on the floor and weep about their football team being so bad....They couldnt make it to work...couldnt hold a job, or finish school unless Bama football was back on track....

I like Nick Saban, but the reaction to the hiring of him was just so utterly gay in Bama......

Thats why it was so great to watch them lose against my LSU tigers..... and all the Bama fans scream bloody murder!!

3) Texas - They suck cuz of all the talent that comes out of that state they have only one NC....maybe another like 30 years ago or some shit....Being from Louisiana I generally dislike everything about Texas....

I especially LOVE the fact that LSU and Oklahoma always steals a few of the very best players out of TX....Its just awesome

4) Ohio State - I dislike them cuz they have pretty much the same exact team every year it seems....They're boring to watch.....They run the Big 10 every year and get obliterated by SEC teams in Bowl games....;)

5) Tennessee - Pretty much the same reasons a smotpoker.....douchebags

Honorable Mention: USC - Not a true football school...they're in fucking LA....fuck you USC......

in order from most hated to least hated...

#1 Oregon State
#2 Ohio State
#3 USC
#4 Alabama
#5 Florida

teams 2-5 are just way too over-rated every year. i get tired of hearing about them so much..
and oregon state is just the in-state very heated rivalry. probably the only huge rivalry game in the country where the schools are less than an hour apart. ALWAYS a good game.. always a scary game for BOTH teams.. even if one of those teams is the best team in the country, it's still a rivalry game and anything can happen.. (not that it will this year!)

kinda hilarious that an over-rated Ohio State team destroyed Oregon last year. if the Buckeyes are so over-rated, what did that make Oregon's break-through season last year??

just sayin' ;)

and Florida, Bama, and USC over-rated? I mean, I guess you are talking about the season after their great season, when the BCS still has them ranked pretty high despite us fans knowing that a lot of talent has left and that they will be knocked off a couple spots. other than this, and that is something we have to deal with in the beginning of the NCAA season, I don't see how they can be deemed over-rated

I find it hilarious when people say Ohio State is overrated all the time. As I posted in another College Football Thread, Ohio State is usually UNDERRATED.

How do you determine if a team is overrated or underrated, by taking their pre-season ranking and comparing it to their final ranking. Usually OSU finishes the season ranked higher than when it begins. Therefore they are usually underrated.

I wish people would get their facts straight before they make stupid statements like Ohio state being overrated.

OSU isn't overrated, Bama isn't overrated... They are top-tier teams and will occasionally have blemishes, but they are overall outstanding programs. I'm a Bama fan and so I can just list off statistics from memory: Since Saban went to Alabama, the Tide has gone 7-6, 12-2 (undefeated regular season), 14-0 (undefeated regular season; SEC championship, BCS NC winners), and have lost 2 this year on a schedule that is unprecedented in strength (didn't play poorly the last game, either). OSU is the cream of the Big 10 crop pretty much every year... How many Big Ten championships have they won or tied for recently? How did they fare in the Rose Bowl last year (against your Ducks)?

These teams aren't overrated; what other teams should be expected to perform at this level consistently?

I really try to like most college teams, but some just rub me the wrong way for whatever reason.

1) Texas Tech Red Raiders
2) Virginia Cavaliers
3) Tennessee Volunteers
4) Kentucky Wildcats
5) Notre Dame

1. Auburn my teams biggest rival I just grew up hating them. I watch all there televised games just to rrot against them.
2. Tennesee I started hating them cause of Phillip Fulmer and god damn they have an annoying fight song.
3. Florida State it was more fun to hate them when they were trouncing a weak ACC I do take a certain pleasure in there demise.
4.Florida I can not stand Urban Meyer
5.Notre Dame so overrated every year I cant wait till that NBC deal expires join a conferance or go broke assholes.

this is a great, unbiased post from an SEC fan. I think you hit the nail on the head when breaking down the stigma of being over-rated, when dealing with teams that are simply perennial powerhouses - like Bama, Florida, and tOSU

sure, these teams might have a year when they are rebuilding, but most often times they are reloading instead of rebuilding. and when you are a in reloading mode, like these aforementioned teams, you are consistently hated

the Oregon Ducks are as hated yet, because they simply have not been on top long enough. just ask the USC Trojans about being hated for winning a lot on the West Coast...

Flordia
Georgia
Tennesse (top 3 are hated sec east rivals)
Boise State (quit fucking around, you play NOBODY. ALL YEAR.)
BYU (fucking mormons wierd me out, like carnies)

i'm talking about NOW, not last year, or any year previous.

take one look at Masoli and Ole Miss and compare him to darron thomas as a qb and an athlete. Masoli doesn't compare, and without the rest of the ducks in front of him and off to his left and right, masoli ain't shit but a middle-of-the-line running back, that occasionally can throw decently. meanwhile, darron thomas fits the mold of an oregon spread-offense qb to the T. we've already proven that in 2007 with Dixon, who went out for the rest of his college career with a torn acl and therefore costing us our NC hopes that year (we were ranked #2 in the polls when that injury took place)

florida fell and broke their crown after tebow left, mcelroy and bama are still scratching their heads wondering what happened, and USC is still reeling from having the lockdown they've had on the pac-10 literally jerked out from under them by Oregon...

anyways, trust me, any and all of oregon fans would LOVE to see a Ohio state/Oregon rematch ... hmm.. too bad they aren't contenders for the NC this year huh? i guess we'll just have to play (and probably beat) a better team than tOSU in Auburn and try to make sure there is no NC championship drama in which Auburn would be forced to relinquish the title due to cam's extra-curricular activities and cam's dad's deep pockets.

^Florida and USC? Who is hyping them this year? (Now, not last year or any previous...)

mcelroy and bama are still scratching their heads wondering what happened

There isn't really much wonder... They lost 9 starters on defense.

...Assuming Auburn is even getting to the NC game is a stretch at this point. You can't assume that they are going to win the Iron Bowl...

now = this season.. at the beginning of THIS season, everyone was hyping florida, and maybe USC was just a pac-10 area hype, but here they were getting hyped like crazy. especially before the Oregon game, seems like almost all the analysts were saying that if a team is going to upset Oregon, USC will be that team. I am more worried about Oregon St. especially after the very tough losses they've just suffered, and the civil war is in Corvallis this year, which is a very hostile environment for the ducks, just like berkeley. the win at cal last week was the first oregon win in memorial stadium since 2001. which is why i have no problem walking away with only a 2 pt lead, even though i believe chip kelly and team proved they could've won by at the very least 5, but most likely win by 9 or even 10 with the 2pt conversion. kneeing the ball at the 12 yd line with a minute left to play? after that infamous "9 minute-eating Last Drive", i think that was either chip being cocky or sympathetic. maybe a little bit of both, he is kind of bi-polar. genius' are usually nuts though, so that's to be expected.

no they weren't dude.

and maybe USC was just a pac-10 area hype, but here they were getting hyped like crazy.

no they weren't... Oregon was the clear frontrunner in the pac 10 from every source I read. Maybe you need better sports commenators. :\

Florida = a hilarious few in the pre-season thought John Brantley was going to be a Heisman contender, without seeing him play much. I think the sports pundits just assumed that anyone could just show up in Urban Meyer's vaunted offense and press go - this was obviously not the case. as far as the SEC goes I remember South Carolina being the trendy pick and in the West it was probably still Crimson Tide time

USC = how could a team really be at the top in the pre-season with a (shitty imo) Head Coach like Kiffin, and a thou-shal-not-pass in any of the BCS games? not likely. although Oregon had some questions at QB - there really was nobody else that stood out in the Pac-10's preseason... except for maybe Stanford. but it's not like we thought they would be National Title contenders
