Regretful of many things right now..waxing my eyebrows while shaky and wired being the lesser of those regrets-so I shall look quizzical for a couple of weeks..8(

May your other troubles cease. There is a joke in there somewhere but sometimes you should just pass them by.
 
I may keep the one very arched brow indefinitely...it is fairly funny and the very least of life's problems ..could do the other one to match, I would then look permanently surprised or scared. Nothing surprises me any more but this world seems more scary and fragile than it ever has in my memory.
 
Aghh no it's stuff out of my control to a degree-just life-people dying recently in the family and parent;s friends too, my friend having a stroke at 40 another with her MS making her so frail and my worry about her kids (my god children) My family-cancer currently striking them all seemingly and his family-parents with dementia, power of attorney shit, fighting elderly care teams,watching his hurt as his Dad now doesn't recognise him and his Mum deteriorating and so frail-

stress, worry, friends abroad having meltdowns about how Brexit will effect them...it is only temporary but none of this will end well...just life.

Back to the countryside just now, after a few hundred miles in the car.

Got fucking hopelessly lost trying to find my in-laws house and wound up driving around a paddy field after the road ended.

Eventually got un-lost and wished them a happy new year. Then nearly got fucked for LPG as was just about out and didn't see a single LPG pump for two hours.

Hangover lurking silently in the background of all today, slightly neutered by diazepam.

Time for a shower, a cup of tea and a big fat spliff:D

& OMEPRAZOLE.
 
I have had what (I think) is a hiatal hernia for around six years.

Pops out right by my diaphragm below my breastbone once or twice a year, and I inhale and push it back in . . .

Omeprazole help it to go back dormant after I aggravate it, which I did a few weeks ago.

Need to make time for a trip to Thailand to get a consultation and probably a little keyhole surgery jobbie this year, before it causes me real trouble.
