I just put it in a mug with boiling water and sugar and leave it for a bit. Give it a stir and drink, it works well with super fine powder. You are left with a small amount of powder residue you can put cold water in the mug and drink to get the dregs.

I find it a more pleasant way of getting the powder down than a toss and wash which makes me almost puke every time.

I've tried proper extractions; filtering out the powder. Also using alcohol instead of water and leaving it over night. They never seem to work.
