You Right Now...V2

Off to work. Last nightshift for two weeks. Coffee will be my friend tonight

Adding to what I was saying yesterday, it's the turnaround back to days that used to fuck me up . I'd be a right stroppy cunt for about 72 hours after and it never helped that within 5 - 8 weeks we would have to swap again.

It's bad enough doing them but the lack of consistency was even worse, like 8 weeks days (inc. split shifts) - then 4 weeks nights - 5 weeks days - another fortnight on nights ad infinitum.

Its even worse for us. 1 week nights week days 1 week arvo. Luckily i only do 3 shifts and i now have four days off. I dont know if i should go to sleep now or just power through.

I used to just power through if I wanted to reverse my sleep pattern within 24 hours. But one week on one week off really does sound like a nightmare - I don't think it's too good for anyone's life expectancy if that kind of pattern (or permanent nights) is sustained for anything over a few months - a year.

But I suppose I'd still be better off killing myself slowly with night work as opposed to smoking and drug taking.

Hope your all dandy!!! ooo-eeeee what a few days ive had!! you take the piss out of stims and they fuck you back twice harder!! haha:) all good fun!...what have i missed??

Right first time ....I was struggling for inspiration for a username when I registered here 7 years (24 posts in 7 years... I live life at a very very sedentary pace, hence my part time interest in uppers) and as a way of coping with post ban mephedrone blues way back then, I swapped my addiction to all of the back episodes of Saxondale. Underrated and overlooked in favour of Allan Partridge etc in my mind. Also in part tribute to the wonderful city of Nottingham where I spent 25 odd happy years , as Saxondale is a parish in Notts (am now currently living in Newcastle), Cheers.

Sorry but you've just reminded me of:

Shocking tats

The guy in the picture is the now deceased Seth Putnam, most well known as the frontman of the esteemed grindcore act Anal Cunt. The top tat on his arm is their band logo.

I actually have one of their albums a friend bought me as a jokey birthday present back in high school.

Wow! (That's not even sarcastic)
I just googled because I wasn't sure if you were making it up, but am even more flabbergasted now & shall retire to bed mind blown (RIP Seth)

Is that the one with the cover of EMF's Unbelievable?

Years ago a dude i know turned up at a mates house saying that he had the best album of all time. It was an AC album. Pretty much every song was the same riff. The cover of unbelievable was the same except it stopped and they said " your unbelievable " lol

What a coincidence - I was born in Mapperley, Nottingham, and have now become Saxondale the character.
