Good to hear, but didn't you say in another thread that you've puked while running? That's no good-- you're body is trying to tell you something.
Still, a tough MF like you can handle it I'm sure. Just be sure not to mortgage your future health for current gains. You have a high-risk job, no doubt of that, but you'll be of no use to the military if you keel over while training.
But then again, you're probably more fit in your less fit times than I've ever been.
