the past couple months of my life i felt like i been to the bottom of the barrel in terms of feeling good about myself, and life in general, dealing with issues and stuff was hard, but some of the things that helped me get out of that cycle was actually reading a good book, so i thought id reccomend something.

this one is called Too Soon Old, Too Late Smart, its basically about everyone has it hard in life at one point or another and you just have to suck it up, my fav quote was "We are what we do," "The perfect is the enemy of the good,"

another is The Secret by rhonda Byrne and the main theme of the book is "thoughts become things".

if you guys have any other books to recommend please do.

Eckhart Tolle- A New Earth is a really good book, though written in an annoying way. But very helpful in defining the ego and the drama's it can cause.
