Being new to things there where several times when I could've killed myself (or even did take to much and made myself throw up) if I hadn't read the sound advice of members here. Just wanted to express my thanks and hopefully I can help others now that I'm older. Been browsing this sight for about 4 years so this joining is far overdue. Thanks for letting me join
