Other than getting a boner, what effects does yohimbe have?

I've heard its a stimulant and mildly psychedelic as well, are the stimulant effects nice? Would it make a good "pick me up"?

It has well-known aphrodisiac properties. It's got mild stimulant properties as well, and can be found (usually mixed with caffeine and who knows what else) in those shady OTC "thermogenic" diet pills.
