Australia's pioneers of the outdoor festival scene return after a 3 year break to present the Yellow Sunshine People Gathering Saturday 10 December and Yellow Sunshine Festival February 2012.
In all times and places on the earth, the summer brings freedom and celebration. It is a time when people from all walks of life come out to play, dance and explore the world outside. The Yellow Sunshine experience is where you can wander through the fresh summer day and night, with your senses delighted and excited at each turn. You will be taken to a place where, for that time you and your closest friends have a place to let your inhibitions run free to play in a safe and friendly environment.
The heavens themselves will join in the festivities to provide you with a total lunar eclipse on the night of the community gathering. You will be surrounded by a feast for the mind, body and soul, embracing a collective energy bringing you world class music, from beats, bands, poetry, performance, workshops, food and art. The experience is all part of contributing to greater causes in the community, from the money raised a large donation will be made to the Lighthouse Foundation for their work in helping troubled youth, giving them an opportunity for a better life.
As we continue on the path to the Yellow Sunshine Festival February 2012 you will experience a world class production the likes of which Australia has never seen.

Their debut album 'Mental notes' (2005) is considered one of the freshest prospects of modern psychedelic music. Their unique sound production has become a guideline for the new trance generation, crossing over rumbling baselines, euphoric melodies and club elements. Always aiming high X-NOIZE have produced massive dance floor anthems year after year. With their new album “ClockwiZe” released out at the end of November 2010, making such big waves, X-NOIZE had to launch a world tour. Their nonstop global tour has left many breathless. X-NOIZE will continue to lead as one of the powerful and relentless acts in the scene.

SUNSTRYK (Ger)
Thomas Sunstryk is a progressive trance act from Germany born in 1980. His first tracks were released on Plusquam Records where he also released his debut album “Pure Essence”. A lot of collaborations emerged new versus tracks and remixes by names like Ace Ventura, Liquid Soul, Earsugar, Symphonix, Odiseo, Invisible Reality and many more. In August 2011 his new album “Serenity” will be released with eight exclusive tracks including a remix of Symphonix track “Nobody Knows”. The Sunstryk sound will keep you rocking to a moving beat you will not hear anywhere else.

KAYO (Jap)
Kayoko K Ahrestani who was born on the fringe of Tokyo in snowy winter in 1984. Her style is often described as seamless and mesmerizing, whether it is a dark, foresty, night time stomper or a morning euphoric journey topped with melodies. KAYO is a promising act and her performances leave her audience spell bound.
