Yellow base?

Just got some Amphetamine base and its yellow, like really yellow. is this safe?

Asking if your amp is safe based on color is silly. I have a small collection of mdma pills with every color in the spectrum except brown and black. I've also seen and taken plenty of amp pills of various colors, which rarely signify anything meaningful. I would be more worried about if what you have is really amp or not, so on that note test it with a test kit. The small peace of mind is worth it.

Yeh you need a test kit. But just for the record I've got tested street amphetamine that's a very similar colour so it is possible. Colour really plays little significance.
