That's just crazy. There are also horrible digits like those and worse in Caracas and other parts of Venezuela and Honduras, San Pedro Sula had over 180 deads per 100.000 years ago.
But those are numbers, so someone monitored the situation and reported it, someone, somehow, cared or pretended to care. Maybe in towns all over Somalia, Sudan... the situation is even worse, don't know but it's scary to think about it.
